    As there are still bloggers who use CopySourceAsHtml add-on for Visual Studio to get syntax highlighted code to their blog posts and there is no guidance in CSAH site how to make it work with Visual Studio 2010 I will give my guidance here. Almost all code in this blog is syntax highlighted by this add-on (read more from my post Visual Studio add-in: CopySourceAsHTML). Last version of CSAH is available for VS2008 but it is easy to make it work with VS2010. Just follow these steps. Close VS2010 if it is opened. Goto folder MyDocuments\Visual Studio 2010. Move to AddIns subfolder (create it if there is no such subfolder). Create file called CopySourceAsHtml.AddIn and open it in text editor.     I'm going to organize a mini-course for CS students who have completed CS1 (Python) and CS2 (Java). I'd like to show them more principled approach to programming practice and design, something along the lines of McConnel's Code Complete. If I had enough copies of Code Complete, I would assign some readings from that book. Can you recommend some freely available material (books, blog posts, articles, essays) for such a course? (I'd prefer to avoid topics specific to OOP and focus on more universal principles.)

    As a follow-up to the previous EclipseLink's mutitenancy blog post and the recent Eclipse Indigo release train and the recent GlassFish Podcast interview on EclipseLink, we now have a short screencast showing it all in action. You can also find it on the GlassFish YouTube Channel. The scenario is pretty simple with two simple and identical web applications deployed with different tenant identifiers via persistence.xml customization (just one of the means of identifying tenants with EclipseLink). Hopefully this'll help people understand what Java EE 7 multitenancy might look like.
