    I am facing an issue with my Windows Server 2012 IE 10.     I bought a domain that had various subdomains such as Kim.domain.com/whatever john.domain.com/whatever1 Lizo.domain.com/whatever2 Simon.domain.com/whatever1 And this was in the thousands, and also had links to these pages I'd like to do a 301 redirect for all these urls into http://domain.com Any idea how this could be done? This is for a apache web server and needs to be done via .htaccess I have implemented the solution from reading the answer below. RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www. domain.com$ RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^$ RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ http:/ / www. domain.com/$1 [L,R=301] However I have a slight problem, I would like to redirect all subdomains + subfolders to http://www. domain.com/ With the exception of http: //domain. com/subfolder/, in which case I would like to redirect to http: // www.domain. com/subfolder/ [i.e. exception for no subdomain] I'm guessing I need to add an exception, what can I do to implement this. Note: example URLs above have had spaces added to them to prevent spam blocks for blocking the post.

    i have a word document. it have 2 parts one english and one arabic. the problem is that all the numbers are english numbers [0123456789] but i want the arabic part's numbers to be arabic numbers [??????????] how can i do that in word 2007 or 2010? thanks Edit: since i didnt receive any response to the question i created a software that converts english numbers to arabic and then i use it to convert the numbers in the document. but still wondering if there is a more easy way to do it?

  • Unable to connect my computer from LAN (http, smb) in UBUNTU 10.04

    I installed ubuntu 10.04, Apache, PHP, mysql, smb. Everything work fine in locally in my IP. When i trying to access my computer from LAN (other computer), it shows unable to connect. when i ping my IP from remote computer, its pinging OK. I can access internet, and all other systems (http, smb). But the problem is no one can't access my computer remotely in my LAN network. My ip is 192.168.85.105 and i want access(Appaceh,SMB) from 192.168.85.10. Is there any proxy firewall settings? I had tried following commands.. sudo iptables -F or sudo iptables-restore [logout require] If it does not work then try to disable net-filter sudo ufw --disable Please give me the solution.

    Sub:High memory utilization by sqlservr.exe process. When I look into task manager --processes or by using perfmon memory counters(Sqlserver:memory manager:Target server memory and Total server memory) I am getting high memory utilization by sqlservr.exe process nearly 8 GB (Target server memory counter) and 7.95 GB (Total server memory). and when I restart the MSSQLSERVER service it again shoots up to the same size. I am getting this issue quite frequently. Please help me out in identifying why sql server is using so much memory and how to find out what query , stored procedure etc is making sql server use that much memory. * I am not using any triggers or cursors in my code.     i have an HP dm3t notebook which normally comes with windows 7. after some time i figured out how to install Windows XP on it. but now i am facing a problem that the brightess controls dont work so i am unable to change the brightess. the strange thing is that all the other buttons (sound volume, mute, sleep , etc... ) works but not the 2 brightess controls. i already downloaded the "HP Quick Launch Buttons" so i am asking about suggesitions how can i enable these two buttons in windows XP or even if i can change the brightess using some kind of software. thanks

  • WPF Application Hang

    Hi, I'm using Windows 7 Professional (x64) and having installed .NET 4.0 RTM on my machine. Since 2 days I'm noticing that every WPF application that I'm trying to run hangs and becomes non responsive (a not responding text is appended to it's title bar) and it's painted white. There is no info regarding any exception, no error message. Nothing. Even the Event Log shows that there was "application hang" event (code 1002) and nothing more. This problem is for everything that is written in WPF, even for products like NHibernate Profiler and other stuff that I was using on a regular basis without any issues. Tried to reinstall .NET 4.0 and nothing changed. Any ideas why this might be happening?

    I can upload files from a form using post, but I am trying to find out how to add extra fields to the form i.e File Description, Type and etc. Also can I upload more than one file at once, I know it says you can't using post in the documentation but are there any work arounds?     Hi, I have added some table and other vies in a scrollview. scrolling in tables are working fine. But in the parent scrollview, when scrolling, a vacillating vertical scrollbars are shown, sometimes it even come to the middle of the screen. sometime show at the left side of the screen. and not limited to the vertical scrollbar region. When I set tje showsVerticalScrollIndicator = NO, it is not shown. But do you know why the scrollbar is moving around.
