  • WCF service with 2 Bindings and 2 Base Addresses

    I have written a WCF service (I am a newb) that I want to provide 2 endpoints for (net.tcp & basicHttp) The problem comes when I try to configure the endpoints. If I configure them as seperate services, then my service names are the same which causes a problem.     I see different versions of the constructor, one uses info from web.config, one specifies the host, and one the host and port. But how do I set the username and password to something different from the web.config? We have the issue where our internal smtp is blocked by some high security clients and we want to use their smtp server, is there a way to do this from the code instead of web.config?

This thing of two bytes being passed does not break the decryption because the key keeps "paired" with the following data. The problem is some decrypted character in the conversion is wrong. These chars are all accented letters like à, è, ì but just a few of the overall accented letters. The others are all correctly restored. I guess it could be due to the 256 mod but without it I of course get a chr exception... Thanks for your support

  • Help with infrequent segmentation fault in accessing struct

    I'm having trouble debugging a segmentation fault. I'd appreciate tips on how to go about narrowing in on the problem. The error appears when an iterator tries to access an element of a struct Infection, defined as: struct Infection { public: explicit Infection( double it, double rt ) : infT( it ), recT( rt ) {} double infT; // infection start time double recT; // scheduled recovery time }; These structs are kept in a special structure, InfectionMap: typedef boost::unordered_multimap< int, Infection > InfectionMap; Every member of class Host has an InfectionMap carriage. Recovery times and associated host identifiers are kept in a priority queue. When a scheduled recovery event arises in the simulation for a particular strain s in a particular host, the program searches through carriage of that host to find the Infection whose recT matches the recovery time (double recoverTime). (For reasons that aren't worth going into, it's not as expedient for me to use recT as the key to InfectionMap; the strain s is more useful, and coinfections with the same strain are possible.) assert( carriage.size() > 0 ); pair<InfectionMap::iterator,InfectionMap::iterator> ret = carriage.equal_range( s ); InfectionMap::iterator it; for ( it = ret.first; it != ret.second; it++ ) { if ( ((*it).second).recT == recoverTime ) { // produces seg fault carriage.erase( it ); } } I get a "Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not access memory. As I said, this seg fault appears 'randomly' after thousands of successful recovery events. How would you go about figuring out what's going on? I'd love ideas about what could be wrong and how I can further investigate the problem.

So, when I run my unittest, in the bash it raise an failure that the response.status_code is always 302 instead of 200. All right though through this result I can check the auth mod is running well, it is not like what I want it to be.   • Why should the "prime-based" hashcode implmentation be used instead of the "naive" one?

    I have seen that a prime number implmentation of the GetHashCode function is being recommend, for example here. However using the following code (in VB, sorry), it seems as if that implementation gives the same hash density as a "naive" xor implementation. If the density is the same, I would suppose there is the same probability of cllision in both implementations. Am I missing anything on why is the prime approach preferred? I am supossing that if the hash code is a byte I do not lose generality for the integer case.   • A lock could not obtained within the time requested issue

    The title is the error I'm getting, when I click load my program freezes. I assume its because I'm doing a statement inside a statement, but from what I see its the only solution to my issue. Of course, the next version of Whitespace (0.4) may have its instructions revised even more, but this is just a redesign of what originally was done in a few hours. Hopefully, the instructions make more sense to those new to programming jargon.

  • WCF hosting in .NET compact framework

    I would like to host a service on a WinCE device. The WinCE device is the host which can be accessed(control and data acquisition) by multiple clients (PC or WinCE) over serial port, TCP, USB etc. I was considering using Protocol Buffers for serialization on the wire. It would be ideal to use WCF or remoting but as far as I see they are not implement on the Compact Framework. Anyone have any ideas how this can be achieved.

    i want to install zend framework,i set my virtual hosts as the following : Windows host setup : 127.0.0.6 nolanalg xampp virtual host setup (httpd-vhosts.conf) : NameVirtualHost 127.0.0.6 <VirtualHost 127.0.0.6> DocumentRoot "C:/xampp/htdocs/nolanalg/public/" ServerName nolanalg </VirtualHost> but i got an error! it shows me this : "SERVER ERROR" my OS is windows 7,i had uninstall my antivirus,and turned off my windows firewall. what is the problem?
