  I've got VS2010 installed, I've downloaded the Windows Phone add-in and the Silverlight Toolkit from CodePlex, but I cannot work out for the life of me how to actually use the controls in a Windows Phone 7 application... How do I add the controls into the toolbox, or link them so that the XAML doesn't give me errors all the time? For instance, using the Viewbox - the controls aren't implemented, and the XAML does not compile.

• When can Java produce a NaN (with specific code question)

  I'm a bit perplexed by some code I'm currently writing. I am trying to preform a specific gradient descent (main loop included below) and depending on the initial conditions I will alternatively get good looking results (perhaps 20% of the time) or everything becomes NaN (the other 80% of the time). However it seems to me that none of the operations in my code could produce NaN's when given honest numbers!   We're seeing lots of virtual memory fragmentation and out of memory errors and then it hits the 3GB limit. The compilation debug is set to true in the web.config but I get different answers from everyone i ask, does debug set to true cause each aspx to compile into random areas of ram thus fragmenting that ram and eventually causing out of memory problems?

There are some sites that say I need a plugin, and others that suggest that it's already possible. • Wordpress paths issue

  I have set a crawler up in wordpress which grabs stocks data and writes to file which when a user enters a symbol/ticker the variable is read and if it matches the data of a previous crawl for that particular companies data will echo the text file on page, if no data is found the crawler then sets off grabs it and writes to file to save for the next time that symbol is used. The problem im having is that everything works groovey apart from one thing, when the content is written to file it saves it in the WP root and not inside a subfolder of the theme, basicaly this means that root becomes untidy very quickly and also should the theme be used on another site then its not practical as some important info is missing. I have tried bloginfo and absolute both return the same failure.   Hi, I compiled Detours 64 bit using: {nmake DETOURS_TARGET_PROCESSOR=X64} I'm using it in simple component. The component builds fine in 32 bit. But in 64 bit I am getting following linker errors: {unresolved external symbol DetourAttach} {unresolved external symbol DetourFindFunction} {unresolved external symbol DetourDetach} {unresolved external symbol DetourTransactionCommit} {...} I have correctly set the linker directories and library options in the component VC++ project file. Please help me to resolve this issue.

• WPF Binding to IDictionary<int,MyType>.Values Doesn't Respond to Property Changes?

  I am binding a ListView a property that essentially wraps the Values collection (ICollection) on a generic dictionary. When the values in the dictionary change, I call OnNotifyPropertyChanged(property). I don't see the updates on the screen, with no binding errors. When I change the property getter to return the Linq extension dictionary.Values.ToList(), without changing the signature of the property (ICollection) it works with no problem. Any reason why the Values collection bind and notify properly without projecting to an IList<?
