    Is there a conversion utility from svn to hg that can deal with a branch hierarchy that's more complex than just a flat list of branches under /branches? My repository has a directory that looks (conceptually) like this: /branches /projectA /v1.x /v1.1 /v1.2 etc.. IOW I need a tool that can get a tree structure as input that represents the branch hierarchy, and migrate this into hg (could be flat in HG, don't really care).

    I am looking for a utility that gives me the ability to specify a binary file format and then interpret a file of bytes according to that format. (Something along the lines of the 010 Editor, but infinitely more cost-effective). Something that runs on Mac OS X would be preferred, but I'm interested to see what all is out there in general (while more of a hassle I'd be willing to run a tool on Windows if it were superior.) What's your preference?

    I have put the attribute [FaultContract(typeof(ExceptionDetail))] for my operation contract. When I am trying to add the service th' a client app, I get this error - "Custom tool error: Failed to generate code for the service reference 'ServiceReference1'. Please check other error and warning messages for details." But when I comment out the FaultContract Attribute, I am able to add the wcf service reference th' my client app. Would appreciate if somebody can help me solve this mystery. Thanks

  • Best way to figure out why didReceiveMemoryWarning is always getting called on a UIViewController

    I have a UIViewController and I'm noticing that I've done something to where the didReceiveMemoryWarning method is getting called every time I run it on an actual device. I've run the project with Run Run With Performance Tool Object Allocations (and Leaks also). There are no leaks but I have no idea how to read or understand the "Object Allocations" data that is displayed. So ... How do I read this information and what is/are the best ways to figure out (and resolve) why this is happening? Thanks

    Hi all, I am writing an iPad app that downloads a rather large .csv file and parses the file into objects stored in Core Data. The program keeps crashing, and I've run it along with the Allocations performance tool and can see that it's eating up memory.     I came across this question after searching for a ODBC or JDBC. To my surprise, since I am new to db4o I found there are tools to browse db4o, including a Netbeans and Eclipse plug in. However, when it comes to the question at hand, I only found one company, and the product is not being sold nor demoed (makes me think is not ready yet). So, how do you transfer data?     Hi everyone, I use MonoDevelop 2.2.2 with Mono 2.6.3 on OpenSuse so the linq to sql feature is implemented. But I have the problem I can create a new connexion to a postgresql database it's ok but when I click in Tool - Generate Data classes and select the connexion I've created before I obtain nothing, no tables appear. What's the problem ?
