    Looking at the information under the heading "Precision can be omitted or be any of:". The example: printf("%.*s", 3, "abcdef"); works, outputting:abc (truncating the rest of the string.) Now, I would like to have a string with multiple parameters formatted (truncated): printf("%.*s", "%.*s", 3, 3, "abcdef", "xyz123"); but the program crashes. What is the correct syntax? Thank You.

    Hi all, Under Hudson, does somebody know how to specify a release tag name in a cvs checkout ? At the moment, i only specify the CVSROOT and modules names to checkout my project in my workspace. I tried to add '-r TAG_NAME' for each module name, but it doesn't work. I think that this functionality exist, so if someone as the right syntax/way to do it.. :) Thanks in advance for your help.     I want to define a function replicate to replicate a list of numbers by its value using only list comprehension, for example: replicate [5,1,3,2,8,1,2] output: [5,5,5,5,5,1,3,3,3,2,2,8,8,8,8,8,8,8,8,1,2,2] I know this would be easy to use the 'replicate' built in function but only list comprehension is allow, how can I do this? So, I'm wondering if I can "return" a value from the macro, so it can be called like func( CStrNullLastNL( cstr ) ) ; Or will I have to write a function

What I would like is something that is somewhere between a simple text editor and a full-blown IDE like Eclipse.
