They allow a user to basically tag anything as an object in the format object:property=value Any tips on a rdbms schema that implements this? Just wondering if anyone has already dabbled with this.   Hi, I'm trying to redirect from one controller to another in Rails and I am getting this error: undefined method `call' for nil:NilClass The code is pretty simple (in def create method): @blog_post_comment = BlogPostComment.new(params[:blog_post_comment]) respond_to do |format| if @blog_post_comment.save flash[:notice] = 'Comment was successfully created.' redirect_to(@blog_post_comment.blog_post) else render :action => "new" end end Save goes ok, the value gets into the database. How can I work around the redirect fail?

  I have the following code snippet: string tmp = String.Format("javascript:window.open('{0}');", url); ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this.GetType(), "NewWindow", tmp); the url generated by this code include the port number and I think that is happening becasue port 80 is used by the website and in this code I am trying to load a page from a virtual directory of the website. Any ideas on how to supress the port number in the url string generated by this code?

Remember that the UTC-offset is not the same all year because of winter/summer-time.

  I have a somewhat complicated looking Access Form with a continuous display (meaning multiple records are shown at once). I'd like to change the background color of the selected record only so the end-user can easily tell which record they are on. I'm thinking of perhaps a conditional format or maybe something like this: Private Sub Detail_HasFocus() Detail.BackColor(me.color)=vbBlue End Sub and something similar for when that row loses focus.   I'm loading pixels from an image which is 32 w by 32 height. The format I'm loading them in is ARGB via java. When I bind this to the video card, I can expect that the video card might use somewhere around 32*32*4 bytes, or 4K. Similarly, 1024 w, 1024 h would be 1024*1024*4 = 4MB. Is my understanding correct? Now I understand where all the memory goes!

Is there anyway to create netcat to read xml and send to php? Any other solution welcome! Is it better to run php to listen to Port? in that case will multiple requests at the same time work?
