    Hi I have a site where we have the content in scrolling panels to make it neater and line up. The issue comes when trying to print the contents of my panel hidden by the scroll. Here is my panel <asp:Panel Height="400px" ID="pnlContent" class="ContentPanel ScrollBars="Vertical" runat="server" > <!-- Content bla bla bla --> </asp:Panel> Here is my media="print" style sheet code for the ContentPanel .ContentScroller { overflow:visible; } The overflow:visible does not seem to remover the ScrollBars="Vertical" Any ideas on how to get this hidden content to print?

  • Getting the height of a div after setting it to auto in IE

    Hi, I'm writing some JavaScript that changes the size of some content. To do this I need to know the size of a div within my content. If I have the following html: <div id="wrapper"> ... other stuff ... <div id="inner" style="height:400px">Some text in here</div> ... other stuff ... </div> And the following JavaScript: $('#inner').height('auto'); var height = $("#wrapper").height(); In FireFox and Chrome the height variable increases as the inner div expands to fit all the text. In IE this stays the same. I guess it doesn't redraw the div straight away. Anybody know how to get the new correct height in IE? Cheers

  • What do you do when your page displays incorrectly on your server, but correctly in jsFiddle?

    I have a page which is displaying incorrectly in Firefox and Chrome (in that the tbodies do not show borders); however it displays correctly in jsfiddle (here: http://jsfiddle.net/JwkrD/ - both browsers). I'm not sure how to proceed - how do I get the tbodies to show up on my page in the same way as they do in jsfiddle? I'm using the same DOCTYPE, both pages are being served up with type text/html. I can't find any other differences.

    I'm trying to center an image in php. I'm currently using this line of code echo '<img src="newimage.jpg" width="110" height="120" class="centre">'; However, this seems to have no effect. I've also tried using something like this, img.center { display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } <img src="newimage.jpg" alt="Suni" class="center" /> but this merely gives me a syntax error, how do I go about fixing this?     I need a lightbox plugin that is styled similar to FancyBox but will allow me to add text to the same white background as the image. Lightweight because I don't want many features as it's going to be added to an already heavy JS page. Preferably without Ajax features as I'll be handling this myself. Therefore I'm ruling out the use of Thickbox, Fancybox and jQuery UI. Basically I want the plugin to be a currently supported light-box jQuery plug-in that handles all the cross browser styling issues which I can then customise.
