Can we change the URL in Ajax script While Ajax is using in asp.net MVC ? But not to use any DIV?

Can we change the URL in Ajax script While Ajax is using in asp.net MVC ? But not to use any DIV?If YES then How?

My application crashing Please help me out.

My Application get crashing ... its loading data of all the cities... and when i click its displaying my detailed view controller.... when iam getting back from my controller... and selecting another city my application get crashed.. Please help me out.
