  We use scrum technique to plan for short development lifecycle. It is very common that sometimes tasks gets moved or reallocated or deferred from the current sprint for multiple reasons. In that case there is a chance of resources getting freed up from the planned work. It may get difficult to allocate new tasks to them during sprint as mostly all projects are tied up at that point with planned work. What is the best way to plan resources in these situations?

I found this link that states where the source code is but I cannot find it in my platform builder installation - I expect this is because it isn't the Windows Automotive platform.   I am trying to run JUnit test with a 1.5 JRE, but get the error Message: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version number in .class file When I switch to JRE 1.6 (actually a JDK but that shouldn't matter, right?) everythings works fine. So the questions are: Do we really need Java 6 for the current JUnit version? what is the newest JUnit version, that works with Java 5?

  I have a feeling I should be able add a directory to the PATH environment variable on an application-lifetime basis, but I can't find out how to do this. Is it possible to add a parameter to a Windows shortcut that appends a directory to the current value of PATH for use by the application being linked? Cheers.

  Is there a way for a jQuery function to "skip" an li? Such as Having 3 list items, you click on the 1st one, it calls a next() function, and skips the 2nd li and goes to the 3rd.   I really this is a hugely subjective topic but here is my current take: When calling methods which do not form part of the .NET BCL named parameters should always be used as the method signatures may well change, especially during the development cycle of my own applications. Although they might appear more verbose they are also far clearer. Is the above a reasonable approach to calling methods or have I overlooked something fundamental?

Since you can't rotate an image you have to rotate the canvas: if I rotate the canvas by a degree the origin around which I want to rotate changes. I don't get how to track this change. Is there an easy way to read the preferences for another user, than the current one, using CFPreferences?
