  • ui header is blocking a div

    i have built jQuery drop-down menu which is having problems floating over the UI header. Flash and everything else is fine, menu has no problem floating over anything except UI headers, i have tried messing with z-index in css files but it seems that jQuery script is over writing all of my css. the JS files are minified so i can not edit them.     Hi, Actually i have to load images into stage from any server, so tried using crossdomain.xml from my server root and loaded it to the as file like this, though it throughs error SecurityError: Error #2122: Security sandbox violation: Loader.content: http://sss/Player.swf cannot access http://ffff/images/logo-bg.jpg. A policy file is required, but the checkPolicyFile flag was not set when this media was loaded. at flash.display::Loader/get content() at SS4UPlayer_fla::MainTimeline/ss4uLogoCompleteHandler() Whats the problem, Please can you find it.

  • How to take handwritten notes as image in android?

    I am trying to develop an android application that could store whatever the user writes on screen as an image. For example, if the user writes "Co" followed by "ol" and presses OK, the text is stored as "Cool" as an image in a field on the form displayed on the phone. (No handwriting recognition or OCR required) I have seen the Canvas class in Android, but how would you concatenate all the letters/set of characeters and convert them to image ? Is there any open source project that does something similar ?

    I am using Visual C# Express 2010 to develop an application for the Unity3D game engine, which only supports C# 2.0. That is, I am only using it to edit code, but the compilation is done by Unity. I'm wondering if there is a way to configure Visual C# to edit C# 2.0, so that, for example, it yells if I (out of habit) try to use a var declaration or foo => bar function. Thanks!

    I want to develop iPhone UI just like iPhone Mail application. I am able to add UIWebView inside the UITableViewCell and it is working fine. I am able to zoom the webview using [self.webView setScalesPageToFit:YES]. Now, My problem is when I do zoomIn or ZoomOut the UITableView does not get resized. How do I exactly make UI similar to Apple mail applcation detail view.?

    I read that PLinq will automatically use non parallel Linq if it finds PLinq to be more expensive. So I figured then why not use PLinq for everything (when possible) and let the runtime decide which one to use. The apps will be deployed to multicore servers and I am OK to develop a little more code to deal with parallelism. What are the pitfalls of using plinq as a default?

    I've just started to work with DoubleClick Studio. I've successfully created a Flash expanding ad with CS4 that is mostly scripted and uses the Document class option. Now for some reason the back end of DoubleClick Studio thinks I've imported the Enabler component twice. I've checked my files numerous of times but can't find the root cause. Any help is much appreciated :)
