• How to avoid LinearAlloc Exceeded Capacity error android

  The application gets crashing every-time, when am running eclipse saying LinearAlloc exceeded capacity (5242880), last=208 This is happening, when am creating AsyncTask, thats strange this is happening everytime . when am commenting and running its running.   I have been trying to figure out how to highlight the selected row in a table. In my jsp I have jsp scriplet that can get access to the id of the row the displaytag library is creating. I want to compare it to the the id of the current row selected by the user ${currentNoteId}. Right now if the row id = 849 (hardcoded) the class "currentClass" is added to just that row of the table. I need to change the 849 for the {$currentNoteId} and I don't know how to do it. I am using java, Spring MVC. • Problem Using POI To Set CellStyleProperty With HSSFCellUtil

  I have a Java class which uses Apache POI to generate reports in Excel. When I run the Java class from my IDE or command prompt, I only see warning messages from LOG4J as below: log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.commons.beanutils.converters.BooleanConverter). log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly. log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for more info. Despite the warning messages, the report was generated successfully. • Perl CGI that sends a temporary loading page to client then later sends the actual results page

  I've wasted at least a half day of my company's time searching the Internet for an answer and I'm getting wrapped around the axle here. I can't figure out the difference between all the different technology choices (long polling, ajax streaming, comet, XMPP, etc.) and I can't get a simple hello world example working on my PC. I am running Apache 2.2 and ActivePerl 5.10.0. JavaScript is completely acceptable for this solution. All I want to do is write a simple Perl CGI script that when accessed, it immediately returns some HTML that tells the user to wait or maybe sends an animated GIF. Then without any user intervention (no mouse clicks or anything) I want the CGI script to at some time later replace the wait message or the animated GIF with the actual HTML results from their query. I know this is simple stuff and websites do it all the time, but I can't find a single working example that I can cut and paste onto my machine that will work. Here is my simple Hello World example that I've compiled from various Internet sources, but it doesn't seem to work. When I refresh this CGI URL in my web browser it prints nothing for 5 seconds, then it prints the PLEASE BE PATIENT web page, but not the results web page. • Flash CS3 -- tahoma text loading differently than on client's computer.

  A client has sent me a Flash CS3 website template she was working on. I'm supposed to do some work on it. When I load it, it displays incorrectly. The body type appears incorrectly. It's different then what it appears on her computer. Causing all the body text to overlap each other. She has Windows Vista with Flash CS3. I'm using Windows XP Professional with Flash CS4. When I open the file, it says that 'tahoma' font is missing on my computer. And asks me to select a replacement. Obviously, I have Tahoma on my computer -- everyone does. I even got her to send her version of Tahoma to me from her Windows Font Folder. When I tried to install it, it says "font already installed". So, I pointed it to my Tahoma font as a replacement. This could be the problem. But why does it not recognize my version of tahoma? Anyone know what's going on, or how I can fix it? I'm supposed to be working on this website, but can't proceed because I might be wasting time if it doesn't match up.

  Hi, I get this error when I define my attached dependency properties in a class outside the class hierarchy and set the owner to a common parent class. Attached dependency property in WindowBase class (outside class hierarchy = generated error): public static readonly DependencyProperty AreaColorProperty = DependencyProperty.RegisterAttached("AreaColor", typeof(AreaColor), typeof(Window)); TemplateBinding that fails {TemplateBinding local:WindowBase.AreaColor} If I instead define the attached dependency property in a class within the class heirarchy and set the owner to this class, then I don't get any errors, why is this?   I have a site where I am trying to implement a jQuery UI based MessageBox in my master page. Content pages are arranged accoring to business area folders, i.e. '~/Branding/Contracts.aspx'. I find that when I load such a content page, jQuery, which is referenced in the master page as below, does not load. I assume that this is because the browser is requesting 'Branding/Scripts/jQuery '. What can I do about this?   I am new to TFS integration with Visual Studio 2010, and I have a problem I would like to solve. Practically, when I open a solution, how can I detect, looking only at the Solution Explorer which file has been changed since my last login? I am able to discover the changed files if I look at the Latest column of Source Control Explorer but it is not so intuitive. I attach you an image for better understanding. I would like to have a different icon, not the lock, for frmAbout.vb (in this case), associated to the item in Solution Explorer. Do you have any idea how can I achieve this behavior? Or some alternatives?

  If I run a package from the Management Studio, and specify a configuration file, everything works as expected. However if I try and run the package from the command prompt with DTExec I get the error: Cannot load the XML configuration file. The XML configuration file may be malformed or not valid. The command I'm using to execute the package is: dtexec /conf ConfigurationDemo.dtsConfig /f Package.dtsx I am running the dtexec from the folder where these two files reside. Is there an addtional switch or something that must used to get dtexec to behave the same was at the management Stduio in launching a package?

  (Note: I'm writing this project for learning only; comments about it being redundant are... uh, redundant. ;) I'm trying to implement a random access iterator, but I've found very little literature on the subject, so I'm going by trial and error combined with Wikpedias list of operator overload prototypes. It's worked well enough so far, but I've hit a snag. Code such as exscape::string::iterator i = string_instance.begin(); std::cout << *i << std::endl; works, and prints the first character of the string. However, *(i + 1) doesn't work, and neither does *(1 + i). Please look at the following code: public class Class1 { int A; //as I uderstand, int is value type and therefore lives in the stack } class Class2 { Run() { Class1 instance1 = new Class1(); instance1.A = 10; //it points to value type, but isnt this reference (on heap)? } } Or while creating the instance of Class1, its field types are created on the heap as well? But then I do not understand when it would really be on the stack as almost always you need to create an instance of object in order to use it fields.

  When running our Silverlight 3 application out-of-browser, startup takes a little time, but it's long enough to be noticeable. During this startup, the background of the window hosting the application displays an ugly white background color. When running in-browser, we have a splash screen, but that's loaded via JavaScript of course. How can I get a splash screen working for an out-of-browser Silverlight 3? Or if that's not possible, is there a way I can at least change the background color of the window?

I have a dictionary plist containing Dictionaries for each Train Line which in turn have dictionaries for each station with the relevant information along with one string lineName. • C# Loading a xml file from the current directory?

  Hi all, I use the line below in my C# winform app, this works great but occasionally if the program is being run from the command line I get an error that the config.xml file cannot be found. This is because the 'working directory' is different (I think), I need to say "load config.xml from current directory", how would I do this? docXML.Load("config.xml"); Thanks Jonathan
