The problem is, that I can't use the suggested solution under android, because it throws java.lang.verifyError... After reading a little bit, I found out, that the class that was used to store the data to file, is not usable in android... can you suggest another solution, which is similar easy to use?

I have done this using System.IO's Directory.CreateDirctory. however, the newly created folder is not accessible in the code. after searching a bit, I came to know that the newly create folder is not included the project and hence not accessible.     Hello, I added ffmpeg iphone port into my library and I can able to use a few of its functions like avcodec_init(),.. without any errors. Also, text is not entirely written in 1 language; almost always English words are present. I reckon I would need dictionary databases stored on my machine, but it feels a bit unpractical.
