• Removing blank page at end of SSRS Report

  I have a report that produces a blank page at the end of the report. How do I get rid of it? The report consists of text/list boxes that are embedded inside a rectangle. The rectangle has the property selected: "Add page break after". If this option is selected the report renders exactly how it should, minus the extra blank page at the end. However, if the "Add page break after" option is not selected, the blank page does not appear, although the report does not display the content correctly. It seems that this option is producing the extra page at the end of the report. The issue is not with the margins. How can the last blank page be eliminated while still maintaining the page breaks throughout the rest of the report?

• Pass value of a field to Silverlight ConverterParameter

  Hi all, I'm writing my very first Silverlight app. I have a datagrid with a column that has two labels, for the labels, i am using an IValueConverter to conditionally format the data. The label's "Content" is set as such: Content="{Binding HomeScore, Converter={StaticResource fmtshs}}" and Content="{Binding AwayScore, Converter={StaticResource fmtshs}}" The Convert method of my IValueConverter is such: Public Function Convert( ByVal value As Object, ByVal targetType As System.Type, ByVal parameter As Object, ByVal culture As System.Globalization.CultureInfo) As Object Implements System.Windows.Data.IValueConverter.Convert Dim score As Long = value, other As Long = parameter Return If(score < 0, "", If(score - other > 5, (other + 5).ToString, score.ToString) ) End Function So what i want to do is in the converter for HomeScore, i want to pass AwayScore to the ConverterParameter, and for AwayScore i want to pass the HomeScore to the converter. In the converter for either score i need to be able to know the value of the other score for formatting purposes. But i cannot figure out the syntax for binding the ConverterParameter to another field. I've tried the following: Content="{Binding HomeScore, Converter={StaticResource fmtshs}, ConverterParameter=AwayScore}" Content="{Binding HomeScore, Converter={StaticResource fmtshs}, ConverterParameter={AwayScore}}" Content="{Binding HomeScore, Converter={StaticResource fmtshs}, ConverterParameter={Binding AwayScore}}" But none of those seem to work. How do i pass a field value to the ConverterParameter?

Everything looks fine but when I run maven to get the dependencies, I get: UNRESOLVED DEPENDENCIES com.adobe.flex#flex-messaging-core;3.2.0: not found com.adobe.flex#flex-messaging-common;3.2.0: not found Does anyone know a maven repository that contains these dependencies ?   In my servlet , I m using Tomcat 5.0 and JRE is 1.5.0 but it is giving error when I click on the URL . As when I created a war file of my project and deployed in tomcat than it is working fine . • Sharepoint Lists.GetListItems Method rowLimit problem

  In SharePoint I am using the default view of a list. When I use GetListItems method I can pass into it the following: public XmlNode GetListItems ( string listName, string viewName, XmlNode query, XmlNode viewFields, string rowLimit, XmlNode queryOptions, string webID ) I am passing in "" for the viewName and am passing a rowLimit of 1000. By Default view only returns 100 items. 100 Items are still being returned not 1000. Can you use the rowLimit when not specifying a view? Is it possible to bring back 1000 items using the query instead? I do not really want to use a GUID for the viewName as I would have to look it up for each list and perform a big refactor. Update I am now using the guid of the view and my list still returns the incorrect number of items. I know the guid is being used as I sued an incorrect one and it errord out. Any ideas what could be wrong? • Forcing UIInterfaceOrientation changes on iPhone

  I'm strugging with getting an iPhone application which requires just about every push or pop in the Nav Controller Stack to change orientation. Basically the first view is portrait, the second landscape the third portrait again (Yes I know this is less than ideal, but that's the design and I've got to implement it). Setting to link against 3.1.2 my reading of the linked articles above seems to indicate that if my portrait view pushes a view with - (BOOL)shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation:(UIInterfaceOrientation)interfaceOrientation { // Return YES for supported orientations return ((interfaceOrientation == UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight) ); } Then then that view should appear rotated to landscape. What happens is it appears in its "broken" portrait form, then rotates correctly as the device is turned. If I pop the controller back to my portrait view (which has an appropriate shouldAutoRotate...) then that remains in broken landscape view until the device is returned to portrait orientation. I've also tried removing all the shouldautorotate messages, and instead forcing rotation by transforming the view. This kind of works, and I've figured out that by moving the status bar (which is actually hidden in my application) [UIApplication sharedApplication].statusBarOrientation = UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight; the keyboard will appear with the correct orientation when desired. The problem with this approach is that the status bar transform is weird and ugly when you don't have a status bar - a shadow looms over the page with each change. So. What am I missing. 1) Am I wrong in thinking that in 3.1.2 (or possibly earlier) shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation should provide the desired orientation simply by pushing controllers ? 2) Is there another way of getting keyboards to appear in the correct orientation. 3) Are the undocumented API calls the way to go (please no!)

  I'm looking into using jQuery autocomplete plug-in to implement user lookup by first or last name. It looks like by default autocomplete looks up words by character sequence no matter its occurrence in a word. So if you have data such as: javascript, asp, haskell and you type in 'as' you will get all three. I would like it to at least match beginning of the word. So in above example you get only 'asp'. Is there a way to configure jQuery Autocomplete plug-in to do this? Ultimately it would be even better to match by beginning of first or last name like it is in Gmail.

On a small screen, when the silverlight content is taller than the screen, the bottom is cut off, and there is no scroll bar. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

• jquery sortable scroll problem

  Hi I'm having problems using the sortable function of jQ:uery UI. The scroll doesn't seem to work.. If the second list ( lists are created on the table rows in a tbody and each tbody is connect ) isn't visible I want it to be possible to scroll towards it for dropping my table row.   Hi Guys, I'm constructing a geolocation based application and I'm trying to figure out a way to make my application realise when a user is facing the direction of the given location (a particular long / lat co-ord). I've got the math figured, I just have the triangle to construct. //UPDATE So I've figured out a good bit of this... Below is a method which takes in a long / lat value and attempts to compute a triangle finding a point 700 meters away and one to its left + right. It'd then use these to construct the triangle. It computes the correct longitude but the latitude ends up somewhere off the coast of east Africa.   Hi everyone, I'm having a hard time triying to make jQtouch and Google Maps api V3 together. I've tried almost everything. It seems that the only source of information is here I checked every single post. I'm starting with jQuery and css... so there's a lot of stuff I don't understand. First of all, I'm using jQtouch framework to build a web app with google maps integration, the problem is that whenever I pan the map, strange flickering occurs. It's like jQtouch and the map are trying to fight for a callback. I'm using the latest revision out there. And have several bugs, regarding transition/animation functionality (since I don't wrap the map and all the element's divs within the #jqt wrapper) and css issues with some styling. Anyone has successfully achieve a functional setup build for this scenario? (google maps api v3 & jqtouch), I think is not necessary to paste you some code (But if you think is necessary please let me know and I'll do it), If you paste me a minimal example with a map (detailing jqtouch version, and modification to the styles/.js files), and some transition back and forth from the map to another div/section/page, you'll get the bounty. Thanks a lot in advance. And please, let me know if this is kind of 'legal' here, I mean, there's too loose information on the official wiki, and like 13 'solutions' but nothing concrete... I'm just triying to help anyone who step on in this problem in the future.

• How can I assert from Python C code?

  I'm writing a Python class in C and I want to put assertions in my debug code. assert.h suits me fine. This only gets put in debug compiles so there's no chance of an assert failure impacting a user of the Python code*. I'm trying to divide my 'library' code (which should be separate to the code linked against Python) so I can use it from other C code. My Python methods are therefore thinnish wrappers around my pure-C code. So I can't do this in my 'library' code: if (black == white) { PyErr_SetString(PyExc_RuntimeError, "Remap failed"); } because this pollutes my pure-C code with Python. It's also far uglier than a simple assert(black != white); I believe that the Distutils compiler always sets NDEBUG, which means I can't use assert.h even in debug builds. Mac OS and Linux. Help! *one argument I've heard against asserting in C code called from Python.

• xml parsing using nsxmlParser in iphone

  hi all, I have a problem in parsing xml from google api, the api xml looks like this .......
