how to use lightbox2 to show video in my page

Symfony 1.4 Layout footer glitch: Footer div is echoed out with $sf_content

I have a very simple Layout for my application. A header, the main content, and a footer. Semantically, they are rendered like this: <body> <div id = "header"> </div> <div id = "content"> </div> <div id = "footer"> </div> </body> The corresponding CSS is very basic as well: #header{ width:100%; min-height:10%; } #center{ width:100%; min-height:80%; } #footer{ width:100%; min-height:10%: } As you would know in the layout page, here is how the content is rendered: <div id= "content"> <?php echo $sf_content; ?> </div> All of the above is very fine and it renders itself as it is supposed to. But there is a glitch with this, the moment i put in <?php echo $sf_content; ?> the footer is included as part of the content and not as a div that is after the #content markup. Essentially, I get this: <div id = "header"></div> <div id = "content> <div id ="symfony_template_to_be_rendered">  </div> <div id = "footer">Footer material </div> </div> As you can see, for some weird reason, the footer moved up along with the symfony content. Clearly this is a glitch because if I remove the php hash $sf_content part from the div tags in my layouts, then the footer renders itself as and where it should be and everything takes up the required dimensions. What's going on here?

MakeAccordionME function returns the content that I want to change by document.getElementById(city) = value; but It doesn't remove the first content of the first div. Is there any content.clear method in DOM javascript ? thx p.s. the div that returns from document.getElementById(city) is a jquery accordion div.

How to get SVN to ignore a directory inside an externals definition

I'm using subversion to host my own repository for a WordPress installation. I've got it set up so that all of the core WordPress files are in their own directory (called wordpress) and set up to use svn:externals to link to the WordPress repository. I then have my own copy of the wp-content directory (located outside of the wordpress directory) which does not use svn:externals. This is all working fine. When I update my repository, the WordPress core gets updated. Since the WordPress repository contains it's own wp-content directory, it also updates that directory. So my file structure ends up looking something like this: / --/wordpress/ (wordpress repo) -----/wp-admin/ -----/wp-content/ --/wp-content/ (my local repo) I end up having two separate versions of the wp-content folder (one from my repo and one from the WordPress repo). I don't want the one from the WordPress repo (or at least not in that location). Is there a way for me to set svn to ignore the wordpress/wp-content directory while still using externals definition?

Binding position to ActualHeight

Hi I want to bind a lists position to its own height in XAML. So its lower left corner always will be at 0.0 of the canvas. I'm using elementBinding to get the ActualHeight and a converter to invert the property. But the height sent to the converter is 0. Firefox Upload Form Issue

Ive created an uplaod script in php that takes a file, resizes it, and creates a cropped square thumbnail. The script itself seems to work fine. However, when i tried to upload an image through firefox, on clicking the submit button the browser shows the loading animation, but it never calls the script, it just stays on the current page. If dont upload an image, then the script can be found and is run. I tried in safari, and i dont get the same problem, i can upload an image from the form, it will process it and take me the correct page. Ive tired just calling a basic script from the form, it just prints out the $_POST and $_FILES, and i get the same result, if an image is present, it wont get to the script, if no image is present, it runs fine. Im just wondering if anyone has any idea whats going on?

Passing switches to Xcode 3.1 user scripts

I have a user script that would be much more useful if it could dynamically change some of its execution dependent on what the user wanted. Passing simple switches would easily solve this problem but I don't see any way to do it. I also tried embedding a keyword in the script name, but Xcode copies the script to a guid-looking filename before execution, so that won't work either. So does anyone know of a way to call a user script with some sort of argument? (other that the normal %%%var%%% variables) Thanks! EDIT: User scripts are accessible via the script menu in Xcode's menubar (between the Window and Help menus). My question is not about "run script" build phase scripts. My apologies for leaving that somewhat ambiguous.

Kendo UI, searchable Combobox

I am using the free Kendo UI Core Framework. I am looking for a searchable Combobox that fires the sql after inserting, for example, 2 letters. Behind my Listbox there are more than 10000 items and now it takes too much time when I load or refresh the page. Is it possible to trigger the sql query only by user input like the autocomplete widget do? Unique element ID, even if element doesn't have one

I'm writing a GreaseMonkey script where I'm iterating through a bunch of elements. For each element, I need a string ID that I can use to reference that element later. The element itself doesn't have an id attribute, and I can't modify the original document to give it one (although I can make DOM changes in my script). I can't store the references in my script because when I need them, the GreaseMonkey script itself will have gone out of scope. Is there some way to get at an "internal" ID that the browser uses, for example? A Firefox-only solution is fine; a cross-browser solution that could be applied in other scenarios would be awesome. Edit: If the GreaseMonkey script is out of scope, how are you referencing the elements later? They GreaseMonkey script is adding events to DOM objects. I can't store the references in an array or some other similar mechanism because when the event fires, the array will be gone because the GreaseMonkey script will have gone out of scope. So the event needs some way to know about the element reference that the script had when the event was attached. And the element in question is not the one to which it is attached. Can't you just use a custom property on the element? Yes, but the problem is on the lookup. I'd have to resort to iterating through all the elements looking for the one that has that custom property set to the desired id. That would work, sure, but in large documents it could be very time consuming. I'm looking for something where the browser can do the lookup grunt work. Wait, can you or can you not modify the document? I can't modify the source document, but I can make DOM changes in the script. I'll clarify in the question. Can you not use closures? Closuses did turn out to work, although I initially thought they wouldn't. See my later post. It sounds like the answer to the question: "Is there some internal browser ID I could use?" is "No."

Hi, I am trying to implement 2 cufon fonts on the same page for the first time. Its not working. Bash commands not executed when through cron job - PHP

Hi there! I have a cron job running a PHP script every five minutes; the PHP script executes two bash commands at the end of the script. I know the script is running due to a log file it appends to. When I run the PHP script manually via the Ubuntu Gnome Terminal both bash commands execute flawlessly; however when the PHP script is triggered via cron, the two bash commands are not ran. What headers do I put in a second packet to continue on with the data stream?

Browser displays page without styles for a short moment (visual glitch)

I have observed that, very infrequently, Internet Explorer (7 or 8, it does not matter) displays our web pages (www.epsitec.ch) a short time without applying the CSS. The layout appears completely broken, with everything displayed sequentially from top to bottom. When the page has finished loading, everything finally gets displayed properly. Our web pages do not use any fancy scripting, just two javascript inclusions for QuantCast and Google Analytics, done at the end of the page. By the way, we already had the issue before adding the QuantCast script. SQL Server 2008 automated database drop, create and fill

For the database in my project I have a drop/create script for the database, a script for creating tables and SPs and an Access 2003 .mdb file with some exported values. To set up the database from scratch I can use my SQL management studio to first run one script, then the other and lastly manually run the sort of tedious import task. But I would like to do this as automated as possible. Hopefully something like putting the three files in a folder along with a fourth script to execute. Looking something like: run script "dropcreate.sql" run script "createtables.sql" import "values.mdb" How is this done? I hope to avoid using SSIS and the like. The tricky this is of course the import of data, where I can't seem to find a simple way. It is also important that the files a left as they are and not embedded into anything.
