    I'm trying to add a Menu Item to the Run Menu in Eclipse via a plugin. However, I only want this Item to appear when I'm in the "Report Design" perspective (this is for BIRT). Secondly, (if possible) I'd like the menu item to be only enabled if the extension of the open file is .rptdesign.     i am having problems understanding how the audio part of the sdl library works now, i know that when you initialize it, you have to specify the frequency and a callback<< function, which i think is then called automatically at the given frequency. can anyone who worked with the sdl library write a simple example that would use sdl_audio to generate a 440 hz square wave (since it is the simplest waveform) at a sampling frequency of 44000 hz? thanks in advance

    I'm looking for a collection that offers list semantics, but also allows array semantics. Say I have a list with the following items: apple orange carrot pear then my container array would: container[0] == apple container[1] == orangle container[2] == carrot Then say I delete the orange element: container[0] == apple container[1] == carrot I don't particularly care if sort order is maintained, I'd just like the array values to function as accelerators to the list items, and I want to collapse gaps in the array without having to do an explicit resizing.

    I'm having the following scenario: class A { public static $arr=array(1,2); } class B extends A { public static $arr=array(3,4); } Is there any way to combine these 2 arrays so B::$arr is 1,2,3,4? I don't need to alter these arrays, but I can't declare them als const, as PHP doesn't allow const arrays.http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask The PHP manual states, that I can only assign strings and constants, so parent::$arr + array(1,2) won't work, but I think it should be possible to do this.

When I put multiple tables on one page, they just get put over each other and not under each other. Is this normal behaviour and what can I do about it?     I've used virtualenvwrapper, but I'm having problems running it on a new computer. My .bashrc file is updated per the instructions: export WORKON_HOME=$DEV_HOME/projects source /usr/local/bin/virtualenvwrapper.sh But when source is run, I get the following: bash: /25009.hook: Permission denied bash: /25009.hook: No such file or directory This previous post leads me to believe the filename is being recycled and locked because virtualenvwrapper.sh uses $$. Is there any way to fix this?
