  • .htaccess or PHP protection code against multiple speedy requests

    Hi, I am looking for ideas for how I can stop external scripts connecting with my site. I'm looking for the same kind of idea behind Google. As in if a certain amount of requests are made per a certain amount of time then block the IP address or something. I thought there maybe a htaccess solution if not, I will write a PHP one. Any ideas or links to existing methods or scripts is much appreciated. Regards Phil

I executed it individually and its working fine. The problem is in the android execution part. Am posting the Log Cat for the error am facing.     I am building a PHP and MySQL search as so SELECT * FROM Properties WHERE Locaion = 'Liverpool' I want to count how many of each property type there are and display them at the side of the page to use as filters (like Rightmove.co.uk).     Hi there, Using Php I would like to extract the current Url of a page including all variables attached to it. $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] only return the url without the variable . any idea what function I need. example : www.site.com/?v1=xyz&v2=123 using $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] I get only : www.site.com as opposed to the whole url. using $_GET[] individually is not an opton since I am not sure what variable are attached to the URL. thank you

    Hello, I have a form that certain data, which then gets calculated and gets displayed in a table. All the data gets saved in a 2 dimensional array. Every time i go back to the form the new data gets saved in the array. That data will be displayed in the next table row and so on. I have used print_r($_Session) and everything gets properly saved in the array. Although i have no idea how to acces the session variables area, floor, phone, network etc wich are now in the array. Without arrays i stored them in a variable for example $phone , and did calculations with it. But now when i use the arrays, i keep on getting undefined index phone etc... How can i acces these variables, been looking at this for hours without getting any closer to a solution. Any help much appreciated. Regards. I don't care about the response, I just want to do something like file_get_contents(), but not wait on the request to finish before executing the rest of my code.
