    Hi I put a init script into /etc/init.d to startup the Apache-tomcat. when i'm reboot the machine. i think the Tomcat try to start and aborted in some level. i am using Ubuntu 9.04. my guessing is the given time to start the tomcat is not enough. if any way have to increase the time to execute a script in startup.

  • Facebook Thumbnails Issue Traced to safe_image.php

    For some reason, facebook's safe_image.php script isn't generating thumbnails, properly. It's generating a 1x1 image... even though the correct image is linked in the script's parameters. If you go back to directory root and click on the link to the file the grid table is displayed, if you hit 'refresh' button -- the script runs but the table is not injected. Secondly, although the table HTML is injected in IE, it does not display it. I tried adding nbsp's to make sure its not ignored -- to no avail.   • HTML5 <audio> Safari live broadcast vs not

    I'm attempting to embed an HTML5 audio element pointing to MP3 or OGG data served by a PHP file . When I view the page in Safari, the controls appear, but the UI says "Live Broadcast." When I click play, the audio starts as expected. Once it ends, however, I can't start it playing again by clicking play. Even using the JS API on the audio element and setting currentTime to 0 fails with an index error exception. I suspected the headers from the PHP script were the problem, particularly missing a content length. But that's not the case. The response headers include a proper Content- Length to indicate the audio has finite size. Furthermore, everything works as expected in Firefox 3.5+. I can click play on the audio element multiple times to hear the sound replay. If I remove the PHP script from the equation and serve up a static copy of the MP3 file, everything works fine in Safari. Does this mean Safari is treating audio src URLs with query parameters differently than URLs that don't have them? Anyone have any luck getting this to work? I've read over the official tutorial but it is rather light on details, compared to all the options one can use when building an executable out of a python script. For the record, my python script uses Python 2.5.2, wxPython/wxWidgets 2.8 and MySQLdb 1.2.2; so if you have specific tips for py2exe with those packages that would be much appreciated (and yes, I've seen the Py2EXE and wxPython page).

Wufoo generates a lovely XML (or json) file that can be grabed and parsed. I'm trying to grab the entries xml feed that is associated with the form and parse it via jquery to show who has entered. I'm using jquery to add a class to each list item according to its index (for the purpose of columnizing portions of each list).
