• Problem running iPhone application on iPhone from Xcode (and in Instruments)

  Hi I have a problem running one application on the iPhone from Xcode (or Instruments). When I try to run the app I get the error message Failed to upload XXX.app in the bottom left corner of Xcode. The strange thing is it actually uploaded the app to the iPhone but it doesn't start it (after this I can start the app by hand on the iPhone). So without being able to start the app from Xcode or instruments I have no chance of debugging/performance testing. Any advice on what might be going wrong here?   I've been looking at this for ages now and I cant find anything on the net that provides a solution. When trying to use the tag... ...this is embedded on a tab canvas. The 'Like' button appears when using the app locally, however, it doesn't appear when used on the facebook site.   I have a report that produces a blank page at the end of the report. How do I get rid of it? The report consists of text/list boxes that are embedded inside a rectangle. The rectangle has the property selected: "Add page break after". If this option is selected the report renders exactly how it should, minus the extra blank page at the end. However, if the "Add page break after" option is not selected, the blank page does not appear, although the report does not display the content correctly. It seems that this option is producing the extra page at the end of the report. The issue is not with the margins. How can the last blank page be eliminated while still maintaining the page breaks throughout the rest of the report?

Different types of Question will have different behavior, so I plan to create a controller class for each type of Question.   I'm using the ASP.NET Ajax toolkit. In addition to the AjaxControlToolkit.dll in my bin directory, I have language directories named es, de, fr, etc... The single file, the AjaxControlToolkit.resources.dll disappears from these directories every once in a while - I can't figure out why. I manually copy them back, but I've purposely done rebuild and clean solutions and they are still there. Somewhere during my normal course of work, when I'm not looking, they're gone. Any clues?
