  • SWF (using XML) only working locally, not on home server or web hosting server

    Hi, I use a main SWF file, which has some animations. It uses xml from a .php file which specifies several items, e.g. images and other SWFs to be used in the main SWF. Locally everything works perfectly, but when invoking it via my home server, or hosting provider it doesn't work anymore and I don't get why. All links are relative and correct. Somehow the main SWF doesn't load fully, or has problems with the XML from the .php file. The ActionScript from the main sWF can be found at samedomain as above/Actionscript_mainmovie.txt This also seems to work great. the function formattabs (line 68) uses some javascript. Locally the main SWF functions even without this hbx file which is located /cc-common/wss/hbx.js and use in the webpage actually. I haven't got a clue what's keeping the main SWF from working properly, because all other single SWFs work properly when invoked using a direct link. And this one just isn't working... Do I maybe need to add something in the php.ini file?? Any help would be appreciated!

  • Insert hex string value to sql server binary field is appending extra 0

    Have a binary field and want to insert into this from a hex string: insert into binaryTable(binaryField) values(convert(varbinary(max), 0x0)) however when I run select the value is return with an extra 0 as 0x00 This extra 0 is causing a problem in another application, I dont want it. Interesting, is if I do a select on an existing value and it returns say 0x55 then inserting this same value using the above query will return a select of 0x055. How to stop the extra 0 being added?

    I have table and I want to swap the values from two rows. I have the rows IDs of the two rows. Is there any query to do that? Here is an example. Before the query I have this: row1 : 1,2,3 row2 : 5,6,7 After the swap I want this: row1 : 5,6,7 row2 : 1,2,3 I don't want write it in .NET code because I think an SQL query is easier than that.

    Hi, in my SQL2008 I have a user which is in the "db_datareader", "db_datawriter" and "db_ddladmin" DB roles, however when he tries to modify a table with SSMS he receives a message saying: You are not logged in as the database owner or system administrator. You might not be able to save changes to tables that you do not own. Of course, I would like to avoid such message, but until now I did find the way... Therefore, I try to modify the user by adding him to the "db_owner" role, and of course I do not have the message above. My question is: Is it possible to keep the user in the "db_owner" role, but deny some actions like alter user or ? I try "alter any user" securable on DB level, but it does not work... THANKS!

    My table is as follows ObjectID bigint Tag nvarchar(50) Weight float Type tinyint I want to get search for all objects that has tags 'big' or 'large' I want the objectid in order of sum of weights (so objects having both the tags will be on top) select objectid, row_number() over (order by sum(weight) desc) as rowid from tags where tag in ('big', 'large') and type=0 group by objectid the reason for row_number() is that i want paging over results. The query in its current form is very slow, takes a minute to execute over 16 million tags. What should I do to make it faster? I have a non clustered index (objectid, tag, type) Any suggestions?

  • performing auditing in java with sql server DB - before and/or after do not get audited

    When auditing, sometimes the before value does not get audited, other times the after value does not get audited, other times both values do not get audited at all. After researching, I found out that only values from a specific codes table get audited. the code was: compareCodesTableInteger(audit, int, int, objectBefore, objectAfter, stringDescription, stringCodesTable); I then changed it to: compareCodesTableInteger(audit, int, int, objectBefore, objectAfter, stringDescription, booleanCheck ? stringCodesTableIfTrue : stringCodesTableIfFalse); Description: if objectBefore AND objectAfter are both from stringCodesTableIfTrue OR from stringCodesTableIfFalse, auditing takes place as expected. The problem is: most of the times, objectBefore is from stringCodesTableIfTrue, and objectAfter is from stringCodesTableIfFalse, or vice-versa. In this scenario auditing fails. How do I go around this? Please assist

    Hi, I have an SQL database table, I want to find everything in a table where the 'Room' says 'DISPOSED', Insert 'DISPOSED' into the 'Status' field and then delete the entry in 'Room'.     Hello, I'm trying to implement a facebook search in my system (auto suggest while typing). I've managed to code all the ajax stuff, but I'm not sure how to query the database. I've created a table called People which contains the fields: ID, FirstName, LastName, MiddleName, Email. I've also created a FTS-index on all those fields. I want to create a stored procedure that will get as a parameter the text inserted in the query box and returns the suggestions. For example, When I will write in the textbox the query "Joh Do" It will translate to the query: select * from People where contains(*, '"Joh*"') and contains(*, '"Do*"') Is there a way to do that in stored procedure? P.S I've tried to use the syntax select * from People where contains(*,'"Joh*" and "Do*"') but it didn't returned the expected results, probably because it needs to search the words on different fields. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks.
