    Well, I would like to build a file hosting website just like other already did, but it is going to be something different by adding search engine, allowing download and upload in full speed for any user, and so on. Unfortunately the web hosting plans, which declared to support UNLIMITED SPACE rarely allows me to host files on those space. So what I need is the unlimited file storage service which could host all of my users' files. I found Amazon S3, already provides such service, but could anybody recommends me for other better ?

    Suppose I have DLLA which is a standalone library that contains classes I use I have DLLB that references DLLA I now have DLLC that references DLLB - Why is it that DLLC also needs a reference to DLLA? Can I not have VS2005 build a dll which contains all the assemblies it needs embedded inside it?

    I'm looking at the possibility of using Android as a secure corporate mobile platform. One of the pre-requisites for this will be a way of managing multiple devices, security policies, software deployment, that sort of thing - essentially the things the BlackBerry Enterprise Server handles for BlackBerry or MDM (or something 3rd party like SOTI) handles for Windows Mobile. Does such a thing exist for Android? It's a platform we're interested in but without this right now (and we're not in a position to build it ourselves) it's a non-starter.

    Hello, For instance if I do something like: Criteria c = session.createCriteria(Book.class) .add(Expression.ge("release",reDate); .add(Expression.ge("price",price); .addOrder( Order.asc("date") ) .setFirstResult(0) .setMaxResults(10); c.list(); How can I use the same criteria instance, but remove (for example) the second criterion? I'm trying to build a dynamic query in which I'd like to let the user remove a filter, without the backend having to reconstruct the criteria from scratch. Thank you

  • Custom QAction/QMenu for mouse button detection

    I'm trying to create a popup menu, where I can detect the mouse button that was pressed for a given item. I've created a custom QAction already to build my QMenu, but the triggered signal when the menu item is pressed doesn't provide a QMouseEvent for me to query the button pressed. Also, I'm setting the a status tip for each QAction, which appears in the status bar when I mouse over it, but it stays even after I close the QMenu. Is this normal behavior?

I can get my assemblies built using mvn install assembly:assembly This command runs the tests twice, once during install phase and another during assembly. While it's running I want to see what activity is currently active, what activities have already ran etc..     I'm trying to mock a class method with rspec: lib/db.rb class Db def self.list(options) Db::Payload.list(options) end end lib/db/payload.rb class Db::Payload def self.list(options={}) end end In my spec, I'm trying to setup the expectation Db::Payload.list will be called when I call Db.list: describe Db do before(:each) do @options = {} Db::Payload.should_receive(:list).with(@options) end it 'should build the LIST payload' do Db.list(@options) end end The problem is that I am always receiving the following error: undefined method `should_receive' for Db::Payload:Class Any help understanding this error would be most appreciated :-)

  • How do you prevent a Hudson slave from archiving artifacts?

    It turns out our slaves spend a considerable amount of time moving the archived artifacts back to the master Hudson node. It at least triples the duration of the build. It would be nice if there would be a way to prevent it. However, setting the maximum number of builds to keep doesn't have an influence at all. Is there another way to prevent sending the results back to the central Hudson master?

I am trying to use a C++ class in my cocoa project but I am getting build errors just creating the c++ header file. class SomeClass{ public: int count; } Expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or 'attribute' before 'SomeClass' in ..... If I remove all code from the header file, ?the cpp file builds without any errors and is included in the list of compiled sources...

I'm talking here about blocks of text containing backspace (^H) and formfeed characters etc. There has to be a standard library/module function for doing this but I can't find it. So what is the problem: Regular console application need to be invoked from the command line only from it's directory. Like: C:\Projects\CommanLineProject\MyProjectConsole.exe. I want to use it from the command line from any directory, like mercurial.

  • Working with Content Shell on windows 7

    I can't run Content Shell on my system (Windows 7 x64): When i run --dump-render-tree with the stable release content_shell.exe crashes with message: [XXXX:XXXX:0522/XXXXXX:XXXXXXXXX:FATAL:content_main_runner.cc(735)] Check failed: base::i18n::InitializeICU() were X - some number. And i can't run dev build because it misses mojo_system.dll. Is there any way to fix it? Does it work on Linux or MacOS? If so i probably can run it in VM For the time being.

    I cannot find any good documentation for the Panel.IstItemsHost attached property. I see plenty of examples of people setting it on the ItemsContainer template for an ItemsControl, but the un-documentation over at MSDN does not explain why or what advantages setting property confers. I have build plenty of containers that do NOT set this property, but have not yet noticed any ill effects.

This is a maven project, mvn eclipse:eclipse doesn't help I mean it compiles and runs just fine just something is wrong and I can't figure out what. I checkouted this project from SVN, it wasn't developed on my PC.

From which build can I test them? I think it's incredible that, now in may 2010 at few months to the official final release (november 2010????) for we developers there is no possibility to test any of this features!!
