  • Google Drive listing, searching and deleting files

    I'm building a web app that integrates with Google Drive, and am wondering if there was a way to list, search or delete files. I see from https://developers.google.com/drive/v1/reference/files#resource that there are 4 operations. If there are no list and search capabilities then the onus is on the app to handle the management. Is there another API I should be using? Are those features in the works?

  • HTML5, CSS3 columns

    Hay all im building a news aggregator with SimplePie, the SP elements are working fine but I would like to have the feeds that it pulls in displayed in columns across the page using HTML5 and CSS3. I have managed to implement it so that the columns are formed and display the feeds, but at the moment the stories are being ordered one on to of the other from left to right with the newest being displayed top left, the second newest bellow the first in column one and so on. What I would like is for the stories to be displayed from left to right across the column so that the newest is at the top of the first column, the second newest at the top of the second column, the third newest in the third column and so on.     I've got a Windows Service that runs BackgroundWorker's, and I'm wondering if I'm doing the right thing when I stop my Windows Service. Is it enough to: Let the BackgroundWorker1_DoWork method complete (I have a while loop in it now, doing some tasks) Set the variable that holds the reference to the BackgroundWorker, to null Is there some kind of Dispose() method I need to call (In the same way the Timer class has Timer.Dispose();)?

    Not quite sure what I'm missing, but my SQL statement is only returning one row. SELECT tl.*, (tl.topic_total_rating/tl.topic_rates) as topic_rating, COUNT(pl.post_id) - 1 as reply_count, MIN(pl.post_time) AS topic_time, MAX(pl.post_time) AS topic_bump FROM topic_list tl JOIN post_list pl ON tl.topic_id=pl.post_parent WHERE tl.topic_board_link = %i AND topic_hidden != 1 ORDER BY %s I have two tables (post_list and topic_list), and post_list's post_parent links to a topic_list's topic_id. Instead of returning all the topics (where their board's topic_board_link is n), it only returns one topic.

Table A has following columns: id name description Table B has the following columns: id a_id(foreign key to Table A) ip_address date Basically Table B contains a row for each time a user views a row from Table A.     I am trying to make a bar chart using tables, which I have almost accomplished to my liking. The last step I want is text over my image which represents the bar. What I want to do next is have the rating number show on top of each breweries on the left hand side. How would I go about accomplishing this?
