  Hi all: I am sending info to target email via PHP native mail() method right now. Everything else works fine but the table part troubles me the most. However, Gmail, Hotmail and most of other emails will ignore to render this as a table. So I am wondering, without using Outlook or other email sending agent software, how could I craft a embedded table for the PHP mail() method to send?   I am not at all versed in Computer Graphics and am in need of creating a color picker as a javascript tool to embed in an HTML page. First, and looking at Photoshop's one, i thought of the RGB palette as a three-dimensional matrix. • AngularJS recursive directive with a dynamic HTML template (bounty)

  I have a realy hard task here. I am working on an AngularJS web app, which is capable of sending different HTTP methods to our project's Restful Web Service and receiving responses in JSON. Basicaly it looks like this: You can create some REST resource from this application. Let's say an exam. To create an exam - you pick a resource from a list of available resources. This triggers a function, that sends a request to localhost:8080/STEP/api/explain/resorceName and gets a description for this resource. Does anyone know how this can be achieved using angular recursive directive? Every useful answer is highly appreciated and evaluated.   I have an AJAX site and I'm using shebangs (#!) in my urls with the intention of then providing the correct HTML versions when google bots replace the #! with _escaped_fragment_. How do I go about routing/proxying/redirecting the url with _escaped_fragment_ to the corresponding html pages? I can't find documentation on this part of the process specifically, and my first thought was that I should be using a 301 or 302 redirect, but I was told that wasn't the case, albeit not given any more info.

While researching these to find out if they are worth learning, I can't get over the idea of why someone wouldn't just use Javascript/HTML/CSS instead. Why deviate from the defacto standards?

  Hi, I know its unlikely but I was wondering if there is any way to get the comments (i.e. the bits after the ''') of a class or property..? I have managed to get a list of properties of a class using the PropertyInfo class but I cant find a way to get the comments / description.. I need it for a guide I am writing for the administrators of my site - it would be great if it could automatically update if new properties are added, so there is no need to worry about updating it in the future too much. • Generate PDF - how to create paged HTML content beforehand?

  My task is to create ready-to-print invoices from a .NET web app. I am already generating the printer-friendly HTML for an invoice - it consists of an invoice header (that will actually need to appear on each printed page) and invoice positions (that may span multiple printed pages). Now, my task is to generate a PDF server-side, populate a header on each of its pages, then populate its pages with invoice positions. I need to generate the PDF from the existing HTML data - by simply passing HTML input to the PDF generator library. I've started using ABCPDF - I am using the AddImageHtml method. The problem I have is that ABCPDF seems to expect me to supply HTML content already paged. So, it won't work correctly when I feed it HTML content that would span on more than 1 PDF page. So, my question is - do you have any suggestions on making this work with ABCPDF? Or, more generally speaking, what other tools/approaches would you use for this - generating PDF doc with headers/footers from HTML input? Thanks

  The title was probably not very clear. Consider this scnerio: you have a blog site or really just any site where a user can respond via a comment. You want to maintain the formatting for the comments. So paragraph's should be separated, first sentence indented, bolding of keywords allowed, etc. How would one go about doing this? This is something just about every kind of blogging site handles, including this site. My initial guess is that comments are saved to that database either in an xml format or as the raw html. Those are really my only guesses. I suppose magic strings could be used to denote the starting and ending of various formatting as well, but magic strings are generally frowned upon. I'm doing this in an asp.net mvc application. I'm using version 1 of mvc, but I would be willing to move to 2 if that makes for an easy solution here.

I get no snipMate snippets, I would like both html and ruby... or just html would be fine, How would i do this? Would i need to write a set of snippets? if so is there a way of pulling in existing snippets without copying them? Is there a way of telling vim to go into html mode when it sees .html erb? • How can I tell when changes to jquery html() have finished ?

  I'm using jQuery to change the HTML of a tag, and the new HTML can be a very long string. $("#divToChange").html(newHTML); I then want to select elements created in the new HTML, but if I put the code immediately following the above line it seems to create a race condition with a long string where the changes that html() is making may not necessarily be finished rendering. In that case, trying to select the new elements won't always work. What I want to know is, is there an event fired or some other way of being notified when changes to html() have finished rendering ? I came across the jQuery watch plugin, which works alright as workaround but it's not ideal. Is there a better way ?

  I m a graphic designer and have created a website in Joomla that uses a "lightbox" (ignite gallery) plugin to view images from the site. I have created a facebook 'website' app that allows for comments to be posted via facebook in the lightbox (also a like button) - all of which are really just options that you allow in the ignite gallery options. Everything seems to work fine, I can comment and it will appear under the photo in the lightbox, as I asked it too, it also sends a copy of the comment to the commenter's facebook page with links. How do I also get the comments from the website (lightbox plugin) to also appear on the clients "fan page" that already exists?? Much appreciate any help..

• VS2005 SQL Syntax highlighting is incorrect for nested comments?

  I'm working with VS2005, and SSMS 2005. SQL Server allows nested comments as follows: /* Comment 1 /* Comment 2 */ Some commented out code here */ This code runs fine. However if putting the above into a .sql file in VS2005, it incorrectly shows the commented out code as 'active', (its not green). It seems that StackOverflow has highlighted the code in the same way. Is this a bug in VS2005? Or does SSMS handle nested comments differently compared to the ANSI SQL standards? Can someone clarify this discrepancy, and if it appears to be a bug, if there a way to fix the syntax highlighting?

• Is there a browser independet bookmarktool supporting tags, date and free comments?

  I am looking for a tool, which helps me to organize my personal bookmarks. I want to be able to assign tags and free comments to a bookmark. I want to search my bookmarks by tags date of bookmarking pattern in title pattern in url It would be nice to be web based to enable sharing my bookmarks between different machines. But for it would be OK, if it works on a single machine as long as it has some import/export way to transfer the links to a new machine replacing the old. As browsers I'm using Firefox and ChromePlus. It would be nice, if the solution works with both browsers. With free comments, I mean additional remarks stored for a bookmark, which is not essential for searching.

  Hi there I am using xval for the first time, it seems to work fine for required fields, However I am having some issues first of all it does not seem to validate booleans and also client validation is not working for me, this is not a major issue for me, the one that I really need to work is the stringlength property.
