    THIS IS USING X-CODE Okay, so I've put in all of the code in order for a page to be saved in a navigation app. I've also made the table refresh once you enter the main screen, but I don't see the page pop up until the second time I come back. How can I make it so it comes up the first time I come in?

  • Copy constructor bug

    I'm writing a simple nD-vector class, but am encountering a strange bug. On the surface this seems to work fine, and both tests print out the correct values. However, at the end of main the program crashes with a segfault, which I've traced to nvector's destructor. At first I thought the (incorrect) default assignment operator was somehow being called, which is why I added the (currently) unimplemented explicit assignment operator to rule this possibility out. So my copy constructor must be buggy, but I'm having one of those days where I'm staring at extremely simple code and just can't see it. Do you guys have any ideas?

    Hi. Anybody knows how to merge two menus with the same name in a MDI application. More exactly, in the MDI main form I have a menu called 'File' which has a sub-menu called 'Load project'. In the MDI child form, I have a menu called also 'File' which contains a sub-menu called 'Save project'. How can I force my application to show both 'Load' and 'Save' sub-menus under the 'File' menu? - PS: setting the same GoupIndex value will not work.

From all of the tutorials I've seen, you can only put a UIWebView on the MainView.xib. Can someone please tell me how to put a FUNCTIONING UIWebView somewhere other than the main view? The program using vector takes 27 seconds to run whereas the program involving array with 5 times greater size takes less than 1 s. I would like to know the exact reason as to why there is such a major difference ? Are vectors really that inefficient ?     I have the following query (all tables are innoDB) INSERT INTO busy_machines(machine) SELECT machine FROM all_machines WHERE machine NOT IN (SELECT machine FROM busy_machines) and machine_name!='Main' LIMIT 1 Which causes a deadlock when I run it in threads, obviously because of the inner select, right? The error I get is: (1213, 'Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction') How can I avoid the deadlock?
