I have a test that executes a web service request and I would like to know how much time was spent in each layer of my application e.g. Time spent in IIS, Time spent in my Server application Time spent in SQL Server Can I get this sort of information by setting the performance counters in my load test properly?   • TSql Lookup function

    I have a bunch of dimension tables that have unique ID and Name fields. I need a T-SQL function that returns an ID when passed a table name and a value for the name field. I'm guessing the query would build a little query then execute it? Performance isn't an issue since this is a one time ETL thing.

  • Is this the best way to query an element and its children?

    I'm trying to query an element and its children to find ID's that begin with a particular string. var foundIDs = containerElement.find('[id^=something]').andSelf().filter('id^=something'); The find() method only searches descendants so I thought I'd try andSelf(). However, andSelf() does not take a selector. This means that the container element is included regardless of whether it matches the find query or not and I then have to perform a secondary filter() on it to remove the container element if it didn't match after all. I attempted to put andSelf() before the find() but it didn't seem to pick up the container element into the stack. containerElement.andSelf().find('[id^=something]'); Is there any better way to achieve what I'm doing?

    Hi, I am trying to get to grips with programmatically configuring views. I have a UIViewController and want to add a UIButton to its view. Well, I created the button: UIButton *newViewButton = [[UIButton alloc] initWithFrame:CGRectMake(baseX + viewPlusX, baseY + viewPlusY, viewWidth, viewHeight)]; [newViewButton setTitle:@"View" forState:UIControlStateNormal]; [newViewButton setTag:(int)key]; [newViewButton addTarget:myViewController action:@selector(viewButton:sender) forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchUpInside]; but when trying to add it to the view [myViewController addSubview:newViewButton]; I get the error error: expected ':' before":" token any clue what I am doing wrong regards

I was wondering if anyone has been using it in production and have any views on it's reliability, performance suitability for operational management etc ??     I am getting inling warning such as : warning: inlining failed in call to ‘symbol_Arity’: call is unlikely and code size would grow To get rid of this i changed the makefile adding the -Winline to get rid of this. I don't get any inlining warning. But , i don't know how wise is it to do in respect of performance. Can anybody please suggest me about it?

  • Error when changing or resetting FBProfilePictureView profileId

    I have programmatically added an FBProfilePictureView object to a view. When initially logging in, the user's profile picture displays as expected when setting the profileId of the object within the FBLoginViewDelegate method loginViewFetchedUserInfo:user:. However, when logging off the following line of code produces an error: profilePicture.profileId = nil; The error thrown is: [__NSCFNumber isEqualToString:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance Note: This was only an issue after I incrementally upgraded the iOS SDK from 3.5 to 3.8. If anyone has encountered this issue, please let me know. Thanks!

  • TextMate Theme Select Attribute Value

    Hello, I need to change the color of certain attributes/tags. I am switching from Dreamweaver and making the skin has been really hard in TextMate. As you can see, I want to change the a and img tags along with all of their attributes. The closest I've come to find is entity.other.attribute-name which only works with id for some reason entity.other.attribute-name.id Bonus would be the scope selector for the value of an attribute, e.g. "Logo" alt in the above example.     Hi there, I want to use sIFR in my blog posts also. But there's a major problem that I couldn't fix. Let's say the blog post is between these divs: <div class="post">BLOG POST IS HERE</div> So, my selector is .post. When I insert an image tag inside this div, the image isn't being showed by the browser. Just like this: <div class="post"><img src="myimage.jpg" align="left" />BLOG POST IS HERE</div> Is there a way to use sIFR with images?

    Hello there, I'm working with a page that has several links that contain the same href text, and I need to select the second anchor element on the page that contains said href text. Here's a simplified version of the link structure of the page: <a href="same/link/to/stuff/">same link</a> <a href="same/link/to/stuff/">same link</a> How do I fashion my selector so that it only selects the second anchor in the above example? Currently I'm trying: $('a[href=same/link/to/stuff/] :eq(1)') but it is not working. Thanks!!
