    I'm trying to get up an running using http://github.com/rnewman/clj-apache-http (http/get (java.net.URI. url) :headers {"User-Agent" user-agent} :parameters (http/map->params {:default-proxy (http/http-host :host "localhost" :port 8888)}) :as :string) Problem is, my proxy (squid) requires authentication. How do I "feed" my username/password into this library? Thanks!

    Hi, I receive HTTP PUT requests on a server and I would like to redirect / forward these requests to an other server. I handle the PUT request on both server with PHP. The PUT request is using basic HTTP authentication. Here is an example : www.myserver.com/service/put/myfile.xml redirect to www.myotherserver.com/service/put/myfile.xml How can I do this without saving the file on my first server and resending a PUT request using CURL?     hi all I have mycorp.com, ch1.mycorp.com, mycorp2.com domains (it is all windows) I am configuring sso-kerberose-negotiate authentication My server running in mainaaa3.mycorp2.com, I have created spn "http:/mainaaa3.mycorp2.com" for it, and I have set trusts between domains, but if users from mycorp.com, ch1.mycorp.com domains that browser do not send negotiate-ticket, and then I have created spn in each domains for "http:/mainaaa3.mycorp2.com", and now I have error: Mechanism level: Integrity check on decrypted field failed (31) what am I doing wrong?

I have one API controller and a few Groovy classes in src/groovy folder.   • Why do some cookies have a '.' before the domain?

    Trying to share cookies accross 2 domains in asp.net, for some reason 1 domain has a '.' before the domain, and the other doesn't. Why is that? e.g: .staging.example.com and staging.example.com Is this something to do with how I create the cookie, or a web.config change? I am not using forms authentication, just creating a cookie manually.

    So I have a database that is setup sort of like this (simplified, and in terms of the tables, all are InnoDBs): Users: contains based user authentication information (uid, username, encrypted password, et cetera) Contacts: contains two rows per relationship that exists between users as (uid1, uid2), (uid2, uid1) to allow for a good 1:1 relationship (must be mutual) between users Messages: has messages that consist of a blob, owner-id, message-id (auto_increment) So my question is, what's the best MySQL query to get all messages that belong to all the contacts of a specific user? Is there an efficient way to do this?

Like why not just pass the username and password through the parameters instead? Is it more secure to do it like the way the guy is in the tutorial verus just using passing it through as parameters?   • How to cache YUI DataSource?

    I'm setting up a YUI DataTable with filtering by following the steps on the YUI site However, I am using JSON as the DataSource ResponseType. When I type in a value to filter, the request will be sent to the server again. I find this to be wasteful as all the data has already been retrieved the first time. Is there a way to cache the initial data returned and then filter only according to that data so another AJAX request does not have to be made?
