    I have been using Outlook for Mac 2011 for last 2 years. Now I want to list out all the people in my email correspondences (sent and inbox) and send them one email. Where can I find the database of everyone's email address in my Mac? The mail will have to have email addresses one after another like this: [email protected], [email protected] all in the format which is accepted in outlook and which can be emailed immediately. I need to basically tag all my email address to send them one email.

  • Mail.app does not show new mail when iPod touch is active

    I have synchronised the e-Mail settings of the iPod touch with the settings of my IMAP account in Mail.app. Now sometimes the iPod would show there are new mails with Mail.app totally ignoring their existence for hours. Only when Mail.app is restarted would these new mails show up. Is there anything I can do that Mail.app is up-to-date even though the iPod is running?

    I'm struggling with setting up email reporting in Freenas. My build is FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-x64 (10351). I have my IPv4 Default gateway set to 192.168.2.1 (my router) and Nameserver 1 as 8.8.8.8 (google's public). Under my email tab I have from email ***@gmail.com outgoing mail server smtp.google.com port to connect to 465 tls/ssl SSL use smtp auth checked username ***@gmail.com password **** I then went into accounts and changed the root email to ***@gmail.com. When I try and send a test email, I get Your test email could not be sent: timed out So what am I doing wrong?

Solutions such as this are not cheap, however, I believe they reduce complexity when it comes to administration and serves as a feasible DR type solution for emails as opposed to purchasing a new server for DR purposes.     Is it possible to view raw / complete email headers in Outlook 2010? In Outlook 2007 you could go to View Options, or right click on a message, then select Options, and "Internet Headers" could be viewed. However, in Outlook 2010 there is no "Options" in the context menu nor can I find it elsewhere. Has it been removed altogether or moved (hidden) someplace else? Thanks for any advise!

  • emails not sending from CentOS 5.6 VM on Win7 via PHP code

    I am experiencing an issue where my CentOS 5.6 (Final) VM running on Windows 7 has stopped sending emails from my PHP code. I'm confident this isn't a coding issue as I have the exact same code running in my office and emails send correctly from there, hence why I believe this to be a networking/configuration issue. In my /etc/hosts/ file on my VM I have the following: 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost 192.168.0.9 crmpicco.co.uk m.crmpicco.co.uk dev53.localdomain When I run setup on my VM the DNS configuration is set to dev53.localdomain and my Primary DNS is 192.168.0.1.   • PTR record not valid for all domains

    We have an issue sending emails to certain domains, namely Time Warner and Cox. Last week, we decommissioned our Exchange 2003 server and now our Exchange 2010 server is doing all of the transport for our domain. We run our own authoritative name servers, so we are in charge of the DNS and have modified our PTR record to reflect the new server. All mailflow is working except for these 2 domains. When I telnet on port 25 to the mail servers for Cox and Time Warner I am receiving errors. For Cox the error is: 554... rejected - no rDNS And when I telnet to port 25 to the Time Warner mail server we get this: 554 5.7.1 - Connection refused. IP name lookup failed for x.x.x.x I have run through the outbound SMTP test on Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer and get 100% completely successful results. MXToolbox comes up with all successful tests on SMTP as well, showing correct reverse banner check, and no blacklisting. DNSQueries.com shows a valid reverse DNS entry as well for us. Outbound emails to these 2 domains continue to sit in the queue. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    In this article it mentions that TrendMicro is now treating all emails from Amazon's EC2 as coming from "Dial Up Users": likely to be spam and this is creating severe deliverability issues with their emails. We're having all kinds of issues sending email from our app servers on Rackspace cloud (which may or may not be DUL'd) and I wonder if this isn't just a losing battle and we should try to get a different host for our SMTP server.

  • Unity Desktop not loading and ccsm method not working

    I installed Ubuntu 13.04 x86_64 on my HP Pavillion DV7-6c60us. It installs fine and works until I update. I run the software updater and reboot as it requests after. When my computer comes back on I get the desktop background but the rest of the Unity desktop doesn't load. I've tried the ccsm method and re-enabling but it just de-enables itself. I've also tried installing the gnome desktop but that does nothing for me either. I really want to switch to Ubuntu but this is causing issues. P.S. I've also tried using 12.10 and 12.04 with no dice.
