    Coming from the .NET world into ObjC and iPhone development, I'm used to providing design-time support for my UI classes. For example, say that I have a custom button class with a color property. I want to be able to set this color in design time from IB. How can I accomplish this? Is it even possible? Worth the effort?

  • Can I create an ASP.NET ImageButton that doesn't postback?

    I'm trying to use the ImageButton control for client-side script execution only. I can specify the client-side script to execute using the OnClientClick property, but how do I stop it from trying to post every time the user clicks it? There is no reason to post when this button is clicked. I've set CausesValidation to False, but this doesn't stop it from posting.

  • Captcha loading problem in popup

    I am using jquery.load() to load a page on click of a button. The page that will be loaded contains a captcha. When that page is getting loaded due to the captcha it is making the page to reload again and it is not showing anything. If i am removing the captcha from the load page it is working fine. I just want to track the touches for my two buttons, which is a sprite, but whenever I have another touch other than my first two touches, it affects my touch with my button.     When a user clicks on the little red "x" a.k.a. the form close button on the form command bar, what even is activated besides FormClosed() I know FormClosing() is called, but I cannot really stop the form from closing after my code is run. I want to be able to show a messagebox that asks if the user wants to exit the form or not. Obviously if they click no, I want the form to stay open, how would I do this?

First I have to do is to create a cursor storing text length, so when cursor changes from 1 to 0 there is nothing to do.     I am running the same AIR application under windows, linux and Mac OSX Windows and Linux look fine, but under mac OS-X the controls are not showing any text. Button, Tooltips, Labels, Check boxes, everything is blank. I just ported that app to Flex 4. Flex 3 versions of the same app on the same OSX machine works. How can I get controls to show text under Max OSX? Is this a font problem?
