    Hi-- I have a UK date in the format "06/Apr/2010 13:24" that I need to insert into a mysql db date field. The PHP strtotime function can't handle this string-- has anyone got any ideas other than writing a custom function? Thanks!

    I'm trying to use flexjson to convert the following json string into a java object: {"inboundDataNotification": { "callbackData": "12345", "inboundData": { "message": "Hello World", "messageId": "mes1234" } }} Using the following method: import flexjson.JSONDeserializer; @RooJavaBean @RooToString @RooJson(fromJsonArrayMethod="", toJsonArrayMethod="", toJsonMethod="") public class InboundData { private String messageId; private String message; public static InboundSMSMessage fromJsonToInboundSMSMessage(String json) { return new JSONDeserializer<InboundSMSMessage>().use(null, InboundSMSMessage.class).deserialize(json); } } All fields are null after this method is invoked. Any ideas what to change here?

  • Supporting twitter-like user page urls with apache/php?

    Hi, I'm using php on apache with mysql. I want to let users enter a url into their browser to see a custom user page for themselves, just like twitter does. For example, they could enter urls like: www.mysite.com/johndoe www.mysite.com/janedoe and see that user's page. How could I do this with php and apache? I don't want to create a folder on disk for every user like above, I'd instead kind of like to catch the url and generate the page on the fly for them, Thanks

    Hi guys, Can any one help me how to sort rows by relevance for the following criterion ? tbluser First Name Last Name tbleduc School College University On the search form the user has following fields Name School College University Where School College and University are Optional.. And Name is split into 2 words (other words in middle are omitted), first word is taken as first anme and last word as last name.. Now I would like to implement search based on relevance.     Does Doctrine 1.2 support importing indexes with Doctrine_Core::generateModelsFromDb() function? I need to make a migration between 2 database connections, one of them having unique index on 2 fields and one doesn't. And my migration is empty. It looks like Doctrine doesn't support indexes when importing from databae, other than those tied to relationship foreign keys. $changes = Doctrine_Core::generateMigrationsFromDiff($migrationsPath, array('doctrineOld'), array('doctrine'));

  • Extended MAPI: How to get the entry ID of messages moved by CopyMessages

    I have found that if I move a message using IMAPIFolder::CopyMessages (using the MESSAGE_MOVE flag) the message gets a new entry ID. However I do not see any reliable way of getting the entry ID of the message in its new location, or otherwise getting a reference to it. The best suggestion I have had so far involves tagging the message with the old custom property before moving, and then doing a search afterwards, but I was wondering if there is a less convoluted solution.

    I am working on a flash game, that will be distributed as and EXE file. I would very much like the game to run full screen, which is not a problem, but I am struggling with replacing flash default behavior when escape is pressed. When escape is pressed I would like to display a custom menu asking the user if they want to exit the game or continue playing, not just exit full screen more. Is this possible in Flash?

    Hi I have set the background of my UITable with a custom image. self.tableView.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor]; self.tableView.backgroundColor = [UIColor colorWithPatternImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"background.png"]]; The problem im having is the background image is scrolling and doesn't look good at the top and bottom of the screen where you see the image being joined. Is there a way to fix the position of the background image and just have the table scroll over the top of it?

What I'm trying to accomplish is that when the label is updated by a button within the UITableviewcell, the text in the label is updated but with some smooth animation like sliding to the right since the updated text is prepended to the string.
