    Is it possible to disallow free text entry in the JQuery UI autocomplete widget? eg I only want the user to be allowed to select from the list of items that are presented in the autocomplete list, and dont want them to be able to write some random text.     Hi, I want to write a web crawler that can interpret JavaScript. Basically its a program in Java or PHP that takes a URL as input and outputs the DOM tree which is similar to the output in Firebug HTML window. The best example is Kayak.com where you can not see the resulting DOM displayed on the browser when you 'view source' but can save the resulting HTML though firebug.

    Hi All, I have a login button at the footer of my main page or landing page.Currently when user click on the button a login form will get open from TOP to BOTTOM i.e. from the start of form to the "LOGIN" button.What i want is that when i click on the login button it should open the form using slide effect but from the BUTTON to the TOP.I don't want to include library like jQuery as there are some conflict issue with it.     Hi, I am developing an application at the moment with zend and I have seperated the app into modules. The default module is the main site where unlogged in users access and have free reign to look around. When you log in, depending on the user type you either go to module A or module B, which is controlled by simple ACLs. If you have access to Module A you can not access Module B and visa versa. Both user types can see the default module. Now I want to use Zend_Navigation to manage the entire applications navigation in all modules. I am not sure how to go about this, as all the examples that I have seen work within a module or very simple application. I've tried to have my navigation.xml file look like this: <configdata> <navigation> <label>Home</label> <controller>index</controller> <action>index</action> <module>default</module> <pages> <tour> <label>tour</label> <controller>tour</controller> <action>index</action> <module>default</module> </tour> <blog> <label>blog</label> <url>http://blog.mysite.com</url> </blog> <support> <label>Support</label> <controller>support</controller> <action>index</action> <module>default</module> </support> </pages> </navigation> </configdata> This if fine for the default module, but how would I go about the other modules to this navigation page? Each module has it's own home page, and others etc. Would I be better off adding a unique navigation.xml file for each module that is loaded in the preDispatch plugin that I have written to handle my ACLs?? Or keep them in one massive navigation file? Any tips would be fantastic. Thanks, Grant

My stats showed that it took an average of 14 seconds to fetch some data spread over 5 pages. I would like to speed things up, my questions are: Is it possible to see how much each step takes? This site collection has a forms library with the appropriate content type for the activated InfoPath form. Using the object model, how can I retrieve the form template back out of SharePoint programmatically. I know the url to the web, name of the list and the name of the form itself.

  • How do you uninstall a ClickOnce application that doesn't appear in Add/Remove Programs?

    I'm getting the following error when I try to install one of my ClickOnce applications: An application for this deployment is already installed with a different application identity. I understand this is because I have used the same Application Identity but moved the deployment URL. I'd like to just uninstall the existing ClickOnce application and install from the new deployment location, however the existing application does not show in Add/Remove Programs. How can I remove the existing ClickOnce application so that it will let me install from the new location?

I would like to change the height and width attributes in the image tag (<img>) if it is greater than 200x200. However, if it's smaller than that, then I'd like to keep the size as it is.     In sharepoint 2007 sites, we can search for people or other contents. Is the search engine able to do fuzzy match so that "Micheal" can be corrected to "Michael"? If it's possible, does it need extra configuration? I am also writing a custom webpart that uses sharepoint search service, a web service that has url like "http://site/_vti_bin/search.asm". Is it possible to use this service to do fuzzy search as well? Thanks.

  • Combine two content encodings sections in a single page

    I developed a web application that allows users to modify existing web pages. When a user type a url of an existing web page, I read the content of this page and using an ajax call, i display the content in a div inside my web application. Now my problem is that often the content encoding of the existing web page is different than my web app (I use utf-8) Is there a way to load content using an ajax call with different content encoding than the one of the main page?
