JQuery datepicker

Coud someone help me with this? I am getting these question marks in the graphic and i'm not sure why? I have seen these symbols before and i am sure it had something to do with charset. I am using:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
