    I am using Jobbersbase for my online job portal. In which i have given link to my main webpage page like this http://www.mydomain.com/aboutus.html, but its not working because the link is taking '/' at the end http://www.mydomain.com/aboutus.html/ I tried adding RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}\.html -f in .htaccess , if i add that other links doesnt work which has / for example http://www.mydomain.com/jobs/ Now my .htaccess looks like this # AddType x-mapp-php5 .php # AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} .*/$ RewriteRule (.*)/$ $1 ErrorDocument 404 /page-unavailable/ <files ~ "\.tpl$"> order deny,allow allow from none deny from all </files> Someone please suggest me how to do it thanks

    Hi, I am beginner in REST web services. I wrote a program of REST to display the HTML or XML. The @Path annotation's value is @Path("{typeDocument}"). There are two methods for GET : @GET @Produces(MediaType.TEXT_XML) public String getXml(@PathParam("typeDocument") String typeDocument) to display XML file, and @GET @Produces(MediaType.TEXT_HTML) public String getHtml(@PathParam("typeDocument") String typeDocument) to display HTML. The browser Firefox always excutes getHtml() when URL is either http://localhost:8080/sources/html or localhost:8080/sources/xml But IE always excutes getXml(). How to excute the correct method, as defined by URL, in different browser ? Thanks a lot.

  • jQuery filter selector, is this right?

    It seems to work ok but I don't know if this can be impoved on or not. I want to select any HTML tag that has a class of edit-text-NUM or edit-html-NUM and change the color of it. Here is what I am using... jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery('*') .filter(function() { return this.className.match(/edit-(text|html)-\d/); }) .css({ 'color': '#ff0000' }); }); Does that look ok and is the regex ok? *edit: Also is this efficient? I am aware that using jQuery('*') might be a bit of a hog if it's a large page. It only has to work from <body> down so maybe it could be changed?

For more information, visit http://moresites.com/FAQ/index.html or search the site. Now, my goal is to convert this plain text to a valid hyperlinks. I've used a javascript code that does the conversion - /((http|https|ftp):\/\/[^ ]+)/g; , but sometimes if there are multiple words, it captures an invalid URL. My question: Is there a way to strictly capture any string that starts with "http" AND ends with ".html" or "aspx" will be converted into a valid hyperlink? it should look like this - This is the site http://checksite.apsx to get information.     I am in the process of learning xhtml/html5/PHP, and I have grasped the majority of the concepts of these languages. What I do not understand is if I have multiple pages in xhtml such as home(index)html, about.html, blog.html, etc., do I need to convert all of those pages to php files? I've downloaded a few templates from the web to look at the php files, but in the template folder there is no individual files for the menu categories, just the usual .php files for created a wp theme. Why is this?

  • Unable to install Xdebug

    I've registered xdebug in php.ini (as per http://xdebug.org/docs/install) but it's not showing up when i run "php -m" or when i get a test page to run "phpinfo()". I've just installed the latest version of XAMPP. Can anyone provide any suggestions in getting xdebug to show up?   • How to handle authorization in the view layout

    Authorize attribute are good to do some access control base on Action but suppose that I have some UI element in the layout that should note be output unless the user is authorize. I could possibly set some boolean in the ViewBag but that is not the good solution I guess.     anyone know how to stop a .hover happening again before the mouseout animation has finished? I have the following code which has 4 anchors. Once hovered over the anchor the related anchor slides in using animation.
