  • "One or more breakpoints cannot be set and have been disabled. Execution will stop at the beginning

    I set a breakpoint in my code in Visual-C++, but when I run, I see the error mentioned in the title. I know this question has been asked before on Stack Overflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/657470/breakpoints-cannot-be-set-and-have-been-disabled-problem), but none of the answers there fully explained the problem I'm seeing. The closest I can see is something about the linker, but I don't understand that - so if someone could explain in more detail that would be great. In my case, I have 2 projects in Visual C++ - the production dsw, and the test code dsw. I have loaded and rebuilt both dsws in debug mode. I want a breakpoint in the production code, which is run via the test scripts. My issue is I get the error message when I run the test code, because the break point is in the production code, which isn't loaded up when the test starts. Near the beginning of the test script there is a mytest_initialize() command. I imagine this goes off and loads up the production dll. Once this line has executed, I can put the breakpoint in my production code and run until I hit it. But it's quite annoying to have to run to this line, set the breakpoint and continue every time I want to run the test. So I think the problem is Visual C++ doesn't realise the two projects are related. Is this a linker issue? What does the linker do and what settings should I change to make this work?   • Flex, Popups: rollout event, not always working

    hi, I'm using PopupManager to create popups.. I noticed that sometimes the popups are not removed when on mouseOut event, for some reasons. I tried to roll over/out fast but the popups perfectly work. So I'm not able to say why sometimes they remain visible instead of disappear. Thanks

  • How do I accurately handle a batch seperator for SQL from C#

    For Data Explorer I would like to add support for a Batch separator. So for example if users type in: select 'GO' go select 1 as go Go select 100 I would like to return the three result sets. Its clear that I need some sort of parser here, my hope is that this is a solved problem and I can just plug it in. (writing a full T-SQL parser is not something I would like to do) What component / demo code could achieve splitting this batch into its 3 parts?

  • php class extend - run something before running parent function

    Hi, say I have this class: class animal { function noise() { print 'woof'; } function move() { print 'moved'; } } class dog extends animal { } What I would like to do is when i run $dog-noise() or $dog-move(), it would run something first prior to calling animal class's noise/move. Is this doable? Like maybe logging the function call. If not with class extend, what else can I use to achieve this? Thank you!

    A crazy question: Imagine a webpage file called somepage.php And it contains some html php contents in my editor I see: <html><head></head><body> <?=$welcome . $essay . $thatsAllForNowFolks . $footer ?> <!-- Blue Ball Bell Blow Bows Bats Beef Bark Bill Boss --> </body></html> When I browse my site I see those comments in the final result, while I only want that comment to be only in my editor for my secretive inspirations and don't want the whole world to know what I'm thinking when I'm developing, as well as I see those comments for any and all my website visitors as wasted bandwitch of internet speed. How do I decomment my entire html/php files at the moment the html is served? Ideas, code and suggestions are much appreciated. My thanks in advance...

  • Java iteration reading & parsing

    I have a log file that I am reading to a string public static String Read (String path) throws IOException { StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder(); InputStream in = new BufferedInputStream(new FileInputStream(path)); int r; while ((r = in.read()) != -1) { sb.append(r); } return sb.toString(); } Then I have a parser that iterates over the entire string once void Parse () { String con = Read("log.txt"); for (int i = 0; i < con.length; i++) { /* parsing action */ } } This is hugely a waste of cpu cycles. I loop over all the content in Read. Then I loop over all the content in Parse. I could just place the /* parsing action */ under the while loop in the Read method, which would be find but I don't want to copy the same code all over the place. How can I parse the file in one iteration over the contents and still have separate methods for parsing and reading? In C# I understand there is some sort of yield return thing, but I'm locked with Java. What are my options in Java?

However since the table rows are dynamically generated, how can I achieve this?

Any ideas?

How can this be done with either javascript or the jquery framework? EDIT by the way, it would be nice if this can be achieved without the page needing to refresh and losing previously submitted form data. I know form data can still be kept using variables that store the values even on page refresh, but I was hoping for that effect that I see on a lot of sites where the additional text area (or other form element) just appears without page refresh.

  • OleDB Jet - Float issues in reading excel data

    When I read a sheet into a DataTable using the OleDbDataReader, floating point numbers loose their precision. I tried forcing OleDb to read the excel data as string, but although the data is now contained in a DataRow with each Column defined as System.String it looses precision (18.125 - 18.124962832). Any idea how to avoid this behaviour?

  • Google Maps InfoBubble pixelOffset

    I am trying to implement a custom infoBubble that has the box opening to the side of a marker. This has turned out to be harder than expected. Using the normal infoWindow you can use pixelOffset. See here for the documentation Using infoBubble this does not seem to be the case. Is there anyway of using pixelOffset in an infoBubble, or something that will do the same thing? I have found this very difficult to search for, as using a google search such as this returns no relevant results Google Search Below is all my resources I have been using.     Hi I have problems with my keyup binding when cloning an element. In particular, links do not work. even if they are correct (eg. http://localhost/ci-book/welcome/cat/3, where welcome is controller, cat the method), they can't be open and chrome says "Oops! This link appears to be broken...." Someone suggested to check that mod_rewrite is working. How can I do that? I'm using Mamp. thanks, P.

In other words, I just want the UIButton and other UIButtons to be functional whiles the thing works in the background. I heard about performSelectorInMainThread but i cant put it to practice correctly any help is appreciated :)
