  • How to integrate wordpress with an existing php homepage ?

    I have already a site with a single homepage index.php which accepts 2 parameters like http://mydomain.com/index.php?param1=something&param2=somethingelse param2 can be optional I want to install wordpress on the root directory, except for index.php and the above url, I want wordpress to show the blog pages. How to do that either in PHP and/or htaccess ? (I'm very bad at htaccess so I prefer php).

How can achieve this?

    Hi All: I have an issue with not getting the correct relative url. Right now, say my home page is at (please ignore quotation) "http://www.foo.com/user/home" I have links on the homepage that should go to "http://www.foo.com/user/home/page1" but right now I'm getting "http://www.foo.com/page1" Everything worked locally, can this be fixed with modifying .htaccess and how? If i set though the jquery code (f11/f10) the callback is called??!!!?

    Hi i tried to implement a servlet with servlet (in tomcat 6) which act as as a proxy (for browser), it takes the parsed url, use apache httpclient to get the result & push it back to the client (browser), with http it works well, doesnt work with https , seems the problem concerns unsupported CONNECT method in servlet-api & servlet even doesn't see the request is there any solution/workaround for this? thanx in advanced
