I have a command output like this, Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s) Domain-0 0 15485 16 r----- 1779042.1 prime95-01 512 1 -b---- 61.9 Here I need to list only those rows where state is "r".     I have a multi-dimensional array that looks like this: The base array is indexed based on category ids from my catalog. $categories[category_id] Each base array has two underlying elements: ['parent_category_id'] ['sort_order'] I want to create a function that allows us to create a list of categories for a given parent_category_id in the correct sort order. Is this possible? Technically it is the same information, but the array is constructed in a weird way to extract that information.

I'd preferably like to be able to design the main window controls this way without using MFC, rather than creating them on WM_CREATE. EDIT: I don't want a dialog-based app, just to be able to design the main window graphically similar to what can be done using Windows Forms Designer in .NET?

    Hello, We have a need to access a DB that only allows one connection at a time. This screams "singleton" to me. The catch of course is that the singleton connection will be exposed (either directly or indirectly) via a web-service (most probable a SOAP based web-service - located on a separate server from the calling app(s) ) - which means that there may be more than one app / instance attempting to connect to the singleton class. In PHP, what is the best way to create a global singleton or a web-service singleton? TIA

But I open my project and type my MPMoviePlayerController object.... mpObject.??? ... but here I don't have allowAirPlay property. But when I start new project and create movie player I have that property, but don't have in my old project, what should I setup to have this?

    I am needing to get the browser height and width of the browser window with vb. I can get these values by setting an ASP.Net hidden input control using javascript, after the page has loaded and a post back is done. I need to be able to get these values when the page initially loads so I can create an image based on those values. I am still new at VB.Net, so any help would be great. Thanks!

I don't want to hard code the names since I want to use one image and spin them up as needed. I understand nodes have to have names to communicate, though.
