    Hay, i have an app which essentially a conversation system (much like reddits) Where a post can have multiple replies, and a reply and have multiplies, and a reply to a reply can have multiple replies (etc) I've made the model like this class Discussion(models.Model): message = models.TextField() replies = models.ManyToManyField('self') and the view discussions = Discussions.objects.all() and the template looks like this {% for discussion in discussions %} {{ discussion.message }} {% endfor %} How would i go about making a system where i can output all replies like this discussion reply reply reply reply reply reply Which would go down as far as it needs to to ensure all replies are listed.   • Flash AS3 button eventlistener array bug

    Hi there, this is my first time posting a question here. I have an array of 12 buttons on a timeline that when first visiting that part of the timeline, get a CLICK eventlistener added to them using a for loop. All of them work perfectly at that point. When you click one it plays a frame label inside the specific movieClip and reveals a bio on the corresponding person with a close button and removes the CLICK eventlisteners for each button, again using a for loop. The close button plays a closing animation, and then the timeline goes back to the first frame (the one with the 12 buttons on it) and the CLICK eventlisteners are re-added, but now only the first 9 buttons of the array work. There are no output errors and the code to re-add the eventlisteners is exactly the same as the first time that works. I am completely at a loss and am wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. I try to do algs like this from scratch, so maybe I'm just doing something really weird and wrong (I would only consider it "wrong" if it's O(lg n), as removes are intended to be for heaps). I can give a full implementation if necessary - is there anything in my code that's going to create a null pointer?

  • HelloWebView Sample: now using SDK 3 and getting killed

    Hey Folks, Well I was trying to get the HelloWebview example working with SDK 7 with no success (see HelloWebView Sample: java.lang.SecurityException: Permission Denial thread), so I decided just out of curiosity to back off to SDK3 to see if I could learn anything. I have been able to get all the "Layout" samples to work and decided to try something a little harder. Unfortunately, I still cannot get the simple HelloWebView app to run. I no longer get a Permission Denial but now the app is getting killed. Killed usually implies that there are not enough resources (memory etc.) for an application to run.... Any thoughts? Are there any other log files I can look at either on my computer or on the emulator? The main.xml, manifest, and console output are below. Let me know if you need more information.
