  I'm getting this error in CodeIgniter when trying to load the email library: Can't use method return value in write context It's happening on line 827 of Loader.php in [codeigniter root]/system/libraries/Loader.php include_once($filepath); where $filepath equals "/var/www/system/libraries/Email.php" I called it like this in another php file: $this->load->library('email'); where $this is the CodeIgniter instance. According to the CodeIgniter email doc page, I'm doing it right. But it's not working...

  Please answer these 2 questions: Our installation is not recognising the SQL server 2008 and if we try to create a DB, its telling Server components not found. Please tell what may be the issue and why it's not recognising. But our installation proceeds as client installation(if i point to the same instance with DB already created) without any issues. Can we install SQL express 2005 in a machine where SQL server 2008 is already installed. Please clarify.

This happens amply in Rails, for instance: class User < ActiveRecord::Base has_many :posts end What exactly does this do (at a lower level than "it adds some methods to the class")? How would I implement such a function (e.g., one that mixes in some additional methods)?

• Subroutine to apply Daylight Bias to display time in local DST?

  UK is currently 1 hour ahead of UTC due to Daylight Savings Time. When I check the Daylight Bias value from GetTimeZoneInformation it is currently -60. Does that mean that translating UTC to DST means DST = UTC + -1 * DaylightBias, ie negate and add? I thought in this case for instance adding Daylight Bias to UTC is the correct operation, hence requiring DaylightBias to be 60 rather than -60.

Is "foo" stored somewhere relative to the bottom of the stack, and the compiler stores this as "hey, for each thread, have this space near the bottom of the stack, and foo is stored as "offset x from bottom of stack"" ?   I notice the standard regex syntax for matching across multiple lines is to use /s, like so: This is\nsome text /This.*text/s This works in Perl for instance but doesn't seem to be supported in Vim. Instead, I have to be much more specific: /This[^\r\n]*[\r\n]*text/ I can't find any reason for why this should be, so I'm thinking I probably just missed the relevant bits in the vim help. Can anyone confirm this behaviour one way or the other?

  Heres the situation. Component B extends component A and overrides the init method to accept a different parameter. A also has a create method that calls init. If i have an instance of B and i call create, its calling the wrong init - it calls init in B, where i need it to call init in A. I dont want to call super.init() as there may not always be a super. Is there any way to specify to call the init in the parent component?

  I haven't quite figured this out. EVERY piece of documentation I've found covers how to use xdebug to debug scripts running in Apache. I need to debug a php CLI script. So, for instance, how do I pass the XDEBUG_SESSION_START variable in to get xdebug to kick on? I'm specifically trying to debug a CakePHP shell.   Is it possible to search on Tags within SharePoint 2010? I know you can refine your search based on Tag (Search for a keyword, then filter by Tags) and you can use the "Tag Cloud", but that doesnt let you search by more then one Tag. How would I for instance, search for some documents that I have tagged as "Technical" and "Internal", and return all items tagged with both of those tags?

  I am trying to build a CMS using ERB. Is there a way you can give ERB code read-only access to your models?
