    hi, i did my project in c# compact framework with visual studio 2008. now i wanna create a cab file. i follow the instructions at [http://www.mobilepractices.com/2008/02/how-to-create-windows-mobile-smart.html] but im having trouble. the part that says "Browse and find SampleKindOfResourceFile.xml and press OK.", i cant find any xml in my main folder list. the only xml is found is app.config is this the correct one?

    I have a project and it needs to access a large amount of proprietary data in ASP.NET. This was done on the Linux/PHP by loading the data in shared memory. I was wondering if trying to use Memory Mapped Files would be the way to go, or if there is a better way with better .NET support. I was thinking of using the Data Cache but not sure of all the pitfalls of size of data being saved in the Cache.

  • Problem Upgrading NHibernate SQLite Application to .Net 4.0

    I have a WPF Application using Fluent NHibernate 1.0 RTM and System.Data.SQLite 1.0.65 that works fine in .Net 3.5. When I try to upgrade it to .Net 4.0 everything compiles but I get a runtime error where the innermost exception is this: `The IDbCommand and IDbConnection implementation in the assembly System.Data.SQLite could not be found.` The only change made to the project was switching the Target Framework to 4.0.

  • Git ignore deleted files

    Ok heres my situation. I have a website project that has more than 50,000 unimportant files (to development) in some directories. /website.com/files/1.txt /website.com/files/2.txt /website.com/files/3.txt /website.com/files/etc.txt The stuff in /files is already in the repo. I want to delete all the files in /files on my local copy but I want git to ignore it so it doesn't delete them when I do a pull on the web server. Any ideas?

    I'm trying to run some tests in Ant presently using JUnit, and all of my tests are failing with the following stacktrace: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.mypackage.MyTestCase It doesn't make too much sense to me. I'm first compiling my test cases using <javac>, then directly running the <junit> task to run the tests.     I need help working with very big numbers. According to Windows calc, the exponent 174^55 = 1.6990597648061509725749329578093e+123. How would I store this using C (c99 standard). int main(){ long long int x = 174^55; //result is 153 printf("%lld\n", x); } For those curious, it is for a school project where we are implementing the RSA cryptographic algorithm, which deals with exponentiating large numbers with large powers for encryption/decryption.

    I have an iPhone app that uses the json-framework. I moved some of the code, including the json-framework source, from the main project to a static library. When I did this, the json-framework stopped getting compiled into the binary (double checked with class dump). This causes a nasty error: *** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '*** -[NSCFString JSONValue]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x43897f0' Everything else in the static library continues to function properly.
