    I have created a table with the following structure- $sql = "CREATE TABLE followers ( uid int UNSIGNED NOT NULL UNIQUE, PRIMARY KEY(uid), follower_count int UNSIGNED , is_my_friend bool, status_count int UNSIGNED, location varchar(50) )"; I need to find the uid of the person with max(status_count+follower_count) and whose is_my_friend = 1 I wrote the following query but I ain't getting the correct uid. SELECT p.uid FROM (select uid,is_my_friend,max(follower_count+status_count) from followers) p WHERE p.is_my_friend = 1;

  • Oracle 9i installation problem

    I can not set my oracle home name "OraHome92". Everytime I do it the destination path is changed to "E:\oracle\ora92" but I am instructed to install "D:\oracle\ora92". How can I sove this problem? FYI Facing this problem I installed the oracle with the home name OraHome9. And installl was successful. But after that when started to upgrde to Oracle 9i (9.2.0.6), it was unsuccessful. Waiting for your reply

    Hi! I'd like to know if there's a way to verify if an index exists before getting it. So it'd be way to protect my code against: *** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSRangeException', reason: '*** -[NSCFArray objectAtIndex:]: index (2) beyond bounds (0)' Like in PHP you can do: isset($object[10]); and it'll return true if it exists. Is there such a method in Objective-C/Cocoa? Thanks!

    I have downloaded MYSQL without installer suppourt in my windows 64 bit machine . I have followed the guidelines mentioned in this website http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/windows-install-archive.html i have installed it inside c: mysql directory . As first step i navigated to c:\mysql\binmysqld , as shown in picture below . This started the Database Then i opened another command Prompt Window and navigated to c:\mysql\bin and typed show databases; With this it it showing an Error in Command Prompt saying

    Quick question, I noticed that on some of my header directors I was getting some lag while the header processed. Is using return standard after using headers? Also if you use a header on pages you don't want directly accessed, such as processing pages will return; stop that processing even if the page is not directly accessed? IF return is a good idea would it be better to use exit()?
