• Problem with iframe and IE6 and IE7 causing extra bottom padding

  Hi all, I'm trying to insert a Google Maps iframe into my website. The iframe has a padding of 4px and a border of 1px already applied to it but for some reason in IE6 and IE7 there is an extra 3px padding added to the bottom of the iframe. • Align UITableViewCell accessoryView to bottom of cell instead of middle

  In the native Mail app, the To: field has a ContactAdd UIButton on the right in the accessoryView position, but it is aligned to the bottom of the cell (which you can see as the cell grows in height). Is it possible to mimic this using the accessoryView property? As far as I can tell, accessoryViews always align in the middle.

• iPad orientation on launch problem in portrait (bottom home button)

In case of landScapeRight and landScapeLeft and portrait(top home button) the views shows correctly but when the app start in portrait (bottom home button) the views show in landscape mode... I've implemented the - (void) willRotateToInterfaceOrientation:(UIInterfaceOrientation)toInterfaceOrientation duration:(NSTimeInterval)duration - (BOOL)shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation:(UIInterfaceOrientation)interfaceOrientation When I change the apps orientation the views shows correctly.

  What I want to do is, make layout like this: Title Date Long text with scrolling Navigation bar stick to the bottom Well I have done everything, however there is a little problem with scrolling. I want only to scroll text. Title and date should be stick to the top, and nav bar to the bottom of activity. And yes, it works, but my nav bar overlaps text :/ I tried everything, there is one solution I found, set fixed height for Scrollview, but this will not work on every devices well, isn't it? I probably could do some calculation in code, and on it change height, but I would like to stay in XML. Any one have any suggestions? • IE: position two text lines on top and bottom corners in table cell?

  I have a table with dynamic data. And there is a specific line of text which should be displayed only when a user hovers over the table row. This line of text should be 'fixed' to the table cell's bottom edge. It works so far with Firefox, but fails in IE. (They will have a fixed height and width) Any clues how to get this working in IE? Any help is appreciated. • Apache FOP - Table top and bottom borders missing pagebreak inside table

  I am using Apache FOP to generate a PDF from a XLS FO document. I have created a test XLS FO document that contains a table with collapsed borders that with several tall rows. One of the rows starts on one page and ends on the next and this works as expected. The problem is that the bottom border of the table on the first page is missing and the top border of the table on the second pages is also missing. This works, but I need to use these functions for other things than fixing this issue so what I need to know is if there is an other sollution to the problem?

  What are the latest and greatest ways to move ViewState to bottom of the page Can this be done in a IHttpHandler that can be specified in the web.config to intercept requests to "*.aspx"? <httpHandlers> <add verb="*" path="*.aspx" type="MyApp.OptimizedPageHandler" /> <httpHandlers> Other options is that this could be done in a IHttpModule, but that is not as performant, as it will intercept all requests. Also it could be done in an a class deriving from the Page or MasterPage-class, but this is not as modular. Are there any performance penalties to this?

• NSScrollView jumping to bottom on scroll

  I have an NSScrollView containing an NSImageView, which resizes based on various factors. When it resizes I have generally changed the image, so I scroll the NSScrollView to the top. This works fine. However, when I start to scroll the NSScrollView again, it moves a few pixels and then (most of the time) jumps to the bottom of the scroll. After it jumps once, it works as normal until I move the scroller to the top again. This is driving me insane. All I'm really doing is this: [_imageView setImage: anNSImage]; NSRect frame; NSSize imageSize = [anNSImage] size]; frame.size = imageSize; frame.origin = NSZeroPoint; [_imageView setFrame: frame]; [[_mainScrollview contentView] scrollToPoint: NSMakePoint(0, [_imageView frame].size.height - [_mainScrollview frame].size.height)];

• White bar at the bottom of root view!

  Hi, I have two view controllers in the app. When the app starts, the layout of the root view controller's view is just fine. When a button is clicked, the view controller switches to the other one - which shows fine too. However, when the view is switched back to the root view, the contents are shifted UP by about 20 pixels, leaving a white bar at the bottom! - and it was not there when the app had started. Has anyone seen this? Any idea what's going on there? Thanks, Sam.
