  Im facing problem with Trail period and first month payemnt. My requirement is users can signup with trial period which allow new users to have a 30 day free trial. This means they will not be charged the monthly price until after the first 30 days the regular amount will be charged to user. but the next billing date should be one month later the profile start date. but next billing data and profile start date shows same when i query by GetRecurringPaymentProfile?   I have written some code to ensure that items on an order are all numbered (the "position number" or "item number" has been introduced only recently and we did not want to go and change all related code - as it is "asthetics only" and has no functional impact.) So, the idea is to go and check for an records that jave an itemno of NULL or 0 - and then compute one and assign it. When executing this code in a query window, it works fine. When putting it into an AFTER INSERT-trigger, it loops forever.   Lets say I have this class (simplified): class Tag (...): children = models.ManyToManyField(null=True, symmetrical=False) Now I already implemented the functions get_parents, get_all_ancestors. Is there a nice pythonic way to just the top level tags? If I had designed my Tags differently (to point to the parents instead) I would just make get_all_parents().filter(children=null). My first thought is to create a new function that will go recursively through all parents and save those that has none. But is there a possibility with filters or Query-objects to do the same (with fewer lines of code)? Thanks for your help. [edit] When it is finished, it should be a hierarchical tagging system. Each tag can have children, parents, but only the children are saved. I want to get all the top level tags, that point through many children / childrens children to my tag.

  I have a php query the returns the following JSON format from a table. [{"memberid":"18", "useridFK":"30", "loginName":"Johnson", "name":"Frank", "age":"23", "place":"School", }, It needs the following format: [{"memberid":"18" { "useridFK":"30", "loginName":"Johnson", "name":"Frank", "age":"23", "place":"School",} }, I can figure out where/how to convert this, Where would I create the formatting following: (1) In the php return? (2) the JSON instructions for deserialization? or (3) Some kinb of Obj-C coding instruction? My end use is a simple Drill Down table using the NSObject, so when I select "memberid" row, I'll get the child/detail list on the next UITableview.   I am trying to create an iframe tab for a Facebook Page. On this page, I am loading in an iframe which consists of a form from another domain/site. Is it possible to use javascript to query the graph api to load the user's data into this iframe loaded form using javascript such that is appears pre-populated to the user? I am aware that there is a cross domain security issue. In that case, suppose that my iframe tab is now hosted on the same domain as the iframe loaded form, will this be doable now?

  If I run the following query: select load_cyc_num , crnt_dnlq_age_cde , sum(cc_min_pymt_amt) as min_pymt , sum(ec_tot_bal) as budget , case when ec_tot_bal 0 then 'Y' else 'N' end as budget , case when ac_stat_cde in ('A0P','A1P','ARP','A3P') then 'Y' else 'N' end as arngmnt , sum(sn_close_bal) as st_bal from statements where (sn_close_bal 0 or ec_tot_bal 0) and load_cyc_num in (200911) group by load_cyc_num , crnt_dnlq_age_cde , case when ec_tot_bal 0 then 'Y' else 'N' end , case when ac_stat_cde in ('A0P','A1P','ARP','A3P') then 'Y' else 'N' end then I get the correct "BUDGET" grouping, but not the correct "ARRANGEMENT" grouping, only two rows have a "Y". If I change the order of the case statements in the GROUP BY, then I get the correct grouping (full Y-N breakdown for both columns). Am I missing something obvious?

  This is a small portion of my code file. Each time my debugger reaches the line 'NewDA.Fill(NewDS);' at runtime it jumps to the catch. I'm positive the daynumber variable gets a value that's present in the database and I've tried the query outside of the codefile on my database and it works fine.   Hi, I am trying to update a replica list on a Exchange 2003 public folder. I am using the WMI namespace exchange_publicfolder to try and add an Exchange server (using the servers DN) to the AddReplica procedure. Every time I run this I get an invalid parameter as an exception. Below is the code that I am using to do this.   Is there a way to reverse the SQL Like operator so it searches a field backwards? For example, I have a value in a field that looks like this "Xbox 360 Video Game". If I write a query like below, it returns the result fine. SELECT id FROM table WHERE title like "%Xbox%Game%" However, when I search like this, it doesn't find any results. SELECT id FROM table WHERE title like "%Video%Xbox%" I need it to match in any direction. How can I get around this?

This application can operate in 3 modes. mode 1) user does not alter, but only read the database mode 2) user can add rows (one at a time) onto a table in the database mode 3) user can alter several tables in the database (one person at a time) question 1) how can i ensure that when a user in in mode 3 that the database will "lock" and all logged in users who operate in mode 2 or mode 3 will not be able to change the database until he finishes? question 2) how can i ensure that while there are several users in mode 2, that there will be no conflict while they all update the table? my guess here, is that before adding a new row, you make a server query for the table's current unique keys and add the new entry. will this be safe enough though?   Using PHP, I have a query that goes through my DB looking for pending tasks with reminder triggers at certain times of the day. I have a cronjob that runs every 10 mins and checks the DB for any rows that has "remind_me" field set to go off within the next 10 mins. If it does find something, what's the best way to queue an email with the task information? I guess I'll need some sort of message queue system, but how does the email part work? Will I need another cronjob that runs every minute to check the queue system?

  I have 2 servers, both running R2 / IIS7 / ASP Classic sites (can't get around any of that) Server A is making the follow calls: Dim objXMLHTTP, xml Set xml = Server.CreateObject("Msxml2.ServerXmlHTTP.6.0") xml.Open "POST", templateName, false xml.setRequestHeader "Content-Type", "application/xml" xml.Send variables Where the templateName is the URL of Server B (It's an email template) ... and variables are a name value pair string like a query string password=myPassword&customerEmail=Dear+Bob,.... Server B receives the POST but all the POST data (password=myPassword&customerEmail=Dear+Bob,....) is missing from the POST password = Request.Form("templatePassword") customerEmail = Request.Form("RackAttackCustomerEmail") The above values are all empty. Here's the kicker. This all worked on our old servers (Windows Server 2003, IIS 6) But when we migrated over, this stopped working correctly. My question is: What would cause the POST data to be dropped in IIS 7 when it all worked in IIS 6? I've done about 3 days of research into this trying many different things and nothing has worked. The POST data is just gone.

  Got a problem with a query I'm trying to write. I have a table that lists people that have been sent an email. There is a bit column named Active which is set to true if they have responded. But I need to count the number of consecutive emails the person has been inactive since either their first email or last active email. For example, this basic table shows one person has been sent 9 emails. They have been active within two of the emails (3 & 5). So their inactive count would be 4 as we are counting from email number 6 onwards. PersonID(int) EmailID(int) Active(bit) 1 1 0 1 2 0 1 3 1 1 4 0 1 5 1 1 6 0 1 7 0 1 8 0 1 9 0 Any pointers or help would be great. Regards Greg

• Using django-haystack, how do I perform a search with only partial terms?

  I've got a Haystack/xapian search index for django.contrib.auth.models.User. The template is simply {{object.get_full_name}} as I intend for a user to type in a name and be able to search for it. My issue is this: if I search, say, Sri (my full first name) I come up with a result for the user object pertaining to my name. However, if I search Sri Ragh - that is, my full name, and part of my last name, I get no results. How can I set Haystack up so that I can get the appropriate results for partial queries? (I essentially want it to search *Sri Ragh*, but I don't know if wildcards would actually do the trick, or how to implement them). This is my search query: results = SearchQuerySet().filter(content='Sri Ragh')

• Trying to recognize _NSFaultingMutableSet as member of NSSet

  I'm trying to recognize the result of a generic query to a managed object as an NSSet. Currently the class returned is a member of _NSFaultingMutableSet, which is clearly related, but fails the isMemberOf:[NSSet class] and isKindOf:[NSSet class] calls. Given that Cocoa doesn't do a direct implementation of NSSet, it's not surprising that I've got some air in the pipes, but I'm wondering if I'm messing something obvious up or this requires a higher grade of kung-fu than I possess. • MSSQL Search Proper Names Full Text Index vs LIKE + SOUNDEX

  I have a database of names of people that has (currently) 35 million rows. I need to know what is the best method for quickly searching these names. The current system (not designed by me), simply has the first and last name columns indexed and uses "LIKE" queries with the additional option of using SOUNDEX (though I'm not sure this is actually used much). Performance has always been a problem with this system, and so currently the searches are limited to 200 results (which still takes too long to run). So, I have a few questions: Does full text index work well for proper names? If so, what is the best way to query proper names? (CONTAINS, FREETEXT, etc) Is there some other system (like Lucene.net) that would be better? Just for reference, I'm using Fluent NHibernate for data access, so methods that work will with that will be preferred. I'm using MS SQL 2008 currently.
