    Hello, With asp.net mvc you can use the annotation [Required (errormessage="This is required")] How can I create something like this: [Required (errormessage="ERRORXX")] So I can look up in a database what this ERRORXX is and display it on my form. Now my form displays ERRORXX. How can I create something that solves my problem? Thx!

  • When is the onPreExecute called on an AsyncTask running parallely or concurrently?

    I am using Android HoneyComb.I need to execute some tasks parallely and I am using AsyncTask's public final AsyncTask executeOnExecutor (Executor exec, Params... params) method.In each separate thread I am computing some values and I need to store then in an ArrayList.I must then sort all the values in the arrayList and then display it in the UI.Now my question is if one of the thread gets completed earlier than the other then will it immediately call the onPostExecute method or onPostExecute method will be called after all the background threads have been completed?MY program implementation depends on what occurs here.

    Hi, I have a ComboBox with a list of objects bound to it. Currently i have the items templated so they show only the property Class.Name. so the ComboBox is full of Class.Name However i am required to give the user the option to display the property Class.Description instead. If it were just that easy i would be fine, but they want the option to switch back and forth between them at runtime. Any ideas?

    I'm trying to make a vim plugin that will split the window on load and simulate a info bar at the top of my terminal. I've got it sorta working but I think I've either reached limits of my knowledge of vim syntax or there's a logic problem in my code. The desired effect would be to do a reverse search for any declaration of a Perl subroutine form my current location in the active buffer and display the line in the top buffer. I'm also trying to make it skip that buffer when I switch buffers with <C-R>. My attempt at that so far can be seen in the mess of nested if statements. Anyway, here's the code.     I'm building a bulletin board site (in 2010) and I'm sure this must be simple but again it doesn't seem so. Anyway on my default page I have a query webpart showing the latest items and what I need is just a button at the top of the page "Add new item" which would show the popup and allow users to complete the form just like it works on the display list items form. I've looked at AllItems.aspx but can't even see the "Add new item" button to copy! Any ideas? Thanks Dan
