  • tiny mce sql error when adding links

    - by Anders Kitson
    I am using tiny mce with a script I built for uploading some content to a blog like system. Whenever I add a link via tiny mce I get this error. The field type in mysql for $content which is the one carrying the link is longblob if that helps. here is the link error first and then my code You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'google test" href="http://www.google.ca" target="_blank"google est laborum' at line 4 /* GRAB FORM DATA */ $title = $_POST['title']; $date = $_POST['date']; $content = $_POST['content']; $imageName1 = $_FILES["file"]["name"]; $date = date("Y-m-d"); $sql = "INSERT INTO blog (title,date,content,image)VALUES( \"$title\", \"$date\", \"$content\", \"$imageName1\" )"; $results = mysql_query($sql)or die(mysql_error());

  • Arraylist as repeater datasource (how to access from .aspx)

    - by Phil
I have an arraylist: Dim downloadsarray As New ArrayList downloadsarray.Add(iconlink) downloadsarray.Add(imgpath) downloadsarray.Add(filesize) downloadsarray.Add(description) Which is the datasource of my repeater: DownloadsRepeater.DataSource = downloadsarray DownloadsRepeater.DataBind() Please can you tell me how I output the items in the array to the .aspx page. I usually use (when using sqldatareader as datasource): <%#Container.DataItem("1stcolumnnamestring")%> <%#Container.DataItem("2ndcolumnnamestring")%> But this does not work when using the arraylist as datasource. Thanks. ps... I know how to use <%#Container.DataItem% to dump everything but I need to get at the items in the array individually, not have them all ditched out to the page in one go. For example, item 1 contains a link, item 2 contains an image path, item 3 contains a description. I need to have them kick out in the correct order to build the link and icon correctly.

  • Every 3rd Insert Is Slow On Ms Sql 2008

    - by Chris
I have a function that writes 3 lines into a empty table like so: INSERT [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] ([GroupID], [ForumID], [AccessMaskID]) VALUES (1, 8, 1) INSERT [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] ([GroupID], [ForumID], [AccessMaskID]) VALUES (2, 8, 4) INSERT [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] ([GroupID], [ForumID], [AccessMaskID]) VALUES (3, 8, 3) For some reason only the third query takes a long time to execute - and with each insert it grows longer. Profiler Image I have tried disabling all constraints on the table - same result. I just can't figure out why the first two would run so fast - and the last one would take so long. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the statistics for a query ran MSSMS: Query: ALTER TABLE [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] NOCHECK CONSTRAINT ALL INSERT [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] ([GroupID], [ForumID], [AccessMaskID]) VALUES (1, 9, 1) INSERT [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] ([GroupID], [ForumID], [AccessMaskID]) VALUES (2, 9, 4) INSERT [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] ([GroupID], [ForumID], [AccessMaskID]) VALUES (3, 9, 3) ALTER TABLE [dbo].[yaf_ForumAccess] CHECK CONSTRAINT ALL Stats: Stats

  • Tinting iPhone application screen red

    - by btschumy
I'm trying to place a red tint on all the screens of my iPhone application. I've experimented on a bitmap and found I get the effect I want by compositing a dark red color onto the screen image using Multiply (kCGBlendModeMultiply). So the question is how to efficiently do this in real time on the iPhone? One dumb way might be to grab a bitmap of the current screen, composite into the bitmap and then write the composited bitmap back to the screen. This seems like it would almost certainly be too slow. In addition, I need some way of knowing when part of the screen has been redrawn so I can update the tinting. I can almost get the effect I want by putting a red, translucent, fullscreen UIView above everything. That tints everything red within further intervention on my part, but the effect is much "muddier" than results from the composite. So do any wizards out there know of some mechanism I can use to automatically composite the red over the app in similar fashion to what the translucent red UIView does?

  • How to display some data differnetly than it is stored.

    - by Ben
Hello, I seem to have a problem that I can't find a solution for. I have a table that has this format. projectId | departmentId | plan | ETC | month | year | ID But, I need to find a way to take that data and display it like this. Since this is my first time here I can't upload an image, but you can view it here. http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/8253/image004y.png Is this something a gridview can handle, or a repeater, or something else? Thank you. Ben

  • Ajax call in a jQuery plugin not working properly

    - by Saneef
    I'm trying to create a jQuery plugin, inside I need to do an AJAX call to load an xml. jQuery.fn.imagetags = function(options) { s = jQuery.extend({ height:null, width:null, url:false, callback:null, title:null, }, options); return this.each(function(){ obj = $(this); //Initialising the placeholder $holder = $('<div />') .width(s.width).height(s.height) .addClass('jimageholder') .css({ position: 'relative', }); obj.wrap($holder); $.ajax({ type: "GET", url: s.url, dataType: "xml", success:function(data){ initGrids(obj,data,s.callback,s.title); } , error: function(data) { alert("Error loading Grid data."); }, }); function initGrids(obj, data,callback,gridtitle){ if (!data) { alert("Error loading Grid data"); } $("gridlist gridset",data).each(function(){ var gridsetname = $(this).children("setname").text(); var gridsetcolor = ""; if ($(this).children("color").text() != "") { gridsetcolor = $(this).children("color").text(); } $(this).children("grid").each(function(){ var gridcolor = gridsetcolor; //This colour will override colour set for the grid set if ($(this).children("color").text() != "") { gridcolor = $(this).children("color").text(); } //addGrid(gridsetname,id,x,y,height,width) addGrid( obj, gridsetname, $(this).children("id").text(), $(this).children("x").text(), $(this).children("y").text(), $(this).children("height").text(), $(this).children("width").text(), gridcolor, gridtitle ); }); }); } function addGrid(obj,gridsetname,id,x,y,height,width,color,gridtitle){ //To compensate for the 2px border height-=4; width-=4; $grid = $('<div />') .addClass(gridsetname) .attr("id",id) .addClass('gridtag') .imagetagsResetHighlight() .css({ "bottom":y+"px", "left":x+"px", "height":height+"px", "width":width+"px", }); if(gridtitle != null){ $grid.attr("title",gridtitle); } if(color != ""){ $grid.css({ "border-color":color, }); } obj.after($grid); } }); } The above plugin I bind with 2 DOM objects and loads two seperate XML files but the callback function is run only on the last DOM object using both loaded XML files. How can I fix this, so that the callback is applied on the corresponding DOMs. Is the above ajax call is correct? Sample usage: <script type="text/javascript"> $(function(){ $(".romeo img").imagetags({ height:500, width:497, url: "sample-data.xml", title: "Testing...", callback:function(id){ console.log(id); }, }); }); </script> <div class="padding-10 min-item background-color-black"> <div class="romeo"><img src="images/samplecontent/test_500x497.gif" alt="Image"> </div> </div> <script type="text/javascript"> $(function(){ $(".romeo2 img").imagetags({ height:500, width:497, url: "sample-data2.xml", title: "Testing...", callback:function(id){ console.log(id); }, }); }); </script> <div class="padding-10 min-item background-color-black"> <div class="romeo2"><img src="images/samplecontent/test2_500x497.gif" alt="Image"> </div> </div> Here is the sample XML data: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <gridlist> <gridset> <setname>gridset4</setname> <color>#00FF00</color> <grid> <color>#FF77FF</color> <id>grid2-324</id> <x>300</x> <y>300</y> <height>60</height> <width>60</width> </grid> </gridset> <gridset> <setname>gridset3</setname> <color>#00FF00</color> <grid> <color>#FF77FF</color> <id>grid2-212</id> <x>300</x> <y>300</y> <height>100</height> <width>100</width> </grid> <grid> <color>#FF77FF</color> <id>grid2-1212</id> <x>200</x> <y>10</y> <height>200</height> <width>10</width> </grid> </gridset> </gridlist>

  • How to center an R plot after removing axis labels

    - by ConnorG
I'm working on visualizing a matrix in R (almost exactly like http://reference.wolfram.com/mathematica/ref/MatrixPlot.html), and I've been using image(<matrix>,axes=FALSE) to draw the picture. However, I noticed that with the y-axis turned off, the plot isn't centered--the space is still there for the axis ticks + label. I can finagle some centering with par(oma=c(0,0,0,2.5)) but this seems inefficient and error-prone (if my matrix were to change dimensions/become non-square). Is there a better way to force the graphic to center? The right hand margin is significantly smaller than the left.

  • Can I prevent RequiredFieldValidation from triggering against postbacks from a specific control.

    - by marcusstarnes
I have a web form with a number of textbox controls which I've associated RequiredFieldValidator's with. I have a ValidationSummary control on the page to render any incomplete fields when I submit the page. However, I've just had to add an image upload facility to the same page, and have an 'Upload' button which I have posting back to perform the upload. I don't want this upload button to trigger the RequiredFieldValidators for the rest of the page though - I want this upload postback to be ignored as far as the validation goes. What's the best way to stop the RequiredFieldValidator's from firing when I submit this upload button on the page because at the moment, the upload won't occur unless I have first field out all of the other textbox controls on the page.

  • Bind xaml vector images dynamically

    - by Carl
I'm looking for a way to bind xaml images dynamically in code. There are lots of examples online to show how to bind png or xaml images in the window's xaml, or to load png files in code. But I have found no examples for xaml files with build action=page. XmlReader can't handle them since they are compiled to baml. LoadComponent(new Uri("...filename.xaml") will apparently load the baml but what kind of image class do I load this into? BitmapImage(new Uri("...filename.xaml") does not seem to work, probably because it's not a bitmap. Thanks in advance.

  • noindex, follow on list views?

    - by Fabrizio
On one of our client's website we have lot's of list views with links to detail views. (Image a blog with the posts overview and the single pages). The detail views don't change, but the list views will change when new items come up. The pages displaying the list view don't contain any other valuable content. So my question is: Does it make sense to define meta "noindex, follow" on the list view pages (and of course "index, follow" on the detail views) to prevent search engines to point to the list views when the keyword is found in the title or teaser of the list view. By the time the visitor clicks on the list view search result it might have changed and the content is not visible anymore, whereas if he goes directly to the single view he will definitly find what he was searching for? Related question: The startpage also contains mainly a list view. Is it a bad idea to have the start page not indexed? Any SEO gurus here? :) Thanks, Fabrizio.

  • How to set parameters in Python zlib module

    - by fagricipni
I want to write a Python program that makes PNG files. My big problem is with generating the CRC and the data in the IDAT chunk. Python 2.6.4 does have a zlib module, but there are extra settings needed. The PNG specification REQUIRES the IDAT data to be compressed with zlib's deflate method with a window size of 32768 bytes, but I can't find how to set those parameters in the Python zlib module. As for the CRC for each chunk, the zlib module documentation indicates that it contains a CRC function. I believe that calling that CRC function as crc32(data,-1) will generate the CRC that I need, though if necessary I can translate the C code given in the PNG specification. Note that I can generate the rest of the PNG file and the data that is to be compressed for the IDAT chunk, I just don't know how to properly compress the image data for the IDAT chunk after implementing the initial filtering step.

  • Javascript does not work on IIS

    - by Cat Mitch
I have a .NET library executing as part of our website that renders HTML to image formats. It uses the IE rendering engine, and will happily run any javascript if present to do the rendering. The problem is we just moved the code to a new server, and javascript seems to be disabled. I tried changing (briefly the Application Pools Process Model Identity from NetworkService to LocalSystem, and that worked fine. Hence it must be a permissions problem. So my questions are this: 1) What is the specific permission I need to set to allow the IE rendering engine to execute javascript, inside the IIS application pool? 2) What is the best way to enable that in my application pool? Do I just somehow set it in NetworkService, or create a new identify (how is that done?) Thanks!

  • Flex 3 give DataGrid Data to function

    - by codeworxx
Hey Guys, i have a Problem to send a value from the DataGrid to a function- this is my function: private function browseLoc( location:String ):void { Alert.show(location,'Information'); } Now i have my DataGrid which receives Information from an XML File. Everything works fine. All Information is shown correctly with that Tags: <mx:Image x="10" y="346" width="157" height="107" scaleContent="true" source="{codeworxx.pages.page[selectedPageIndex].preview}"/> <mx:Label x="10" y="492" width="157" fontWeight="bold" text="{codeworxx.pages.page[selectedPageIndex].visible}"/> <mx:Text x="10" y="513" width="157" text="{codeworxx.pages.page[selectedPageIndex].description}"/> <mx:Button x="10" y="461" label="Visit Website" width="159" click="browseLoc('{codeworxx.pages.page[selectedPageIndex].url}')"/> except the Button. The Function "browseLoc" only has the text {codeworxx.pages.page[selectedPageIndex].url} in it - not the value. How do i do it? Hope you can help! Thanks, Sascha

  • Does the iPhone compress images saved within my app's documents directory?

    - by Jane Sales
We are caching images downloaded from our server. We write them to our local storage like this: NSArray *paths = NSSearchPathForDirectoriesInDomains(NSCachesDirectory, NSUserDomainMask, YES); NSString *documentsDirectory = [paths objectAtIndex:0] ; NSString* folder = [[documentsDirectory stringByAppendingPathComponent:@"flook.images"] retain]; NSString* fileName = [folder stringByAppendingFormat:@"/%@", aBaseFilename]; BOOL writeSuccess = [anImageData writeToFile:fileName atomically:NO]; The downloaded images are always the expected size, around 45-85KB. Later, we read images from our cache like this: NSArray *paths = NSSearchPathForDirectoriesInDomains(NSCachesDirectory, NSUserDomainMask, YES); NSString *documentsDirectory = [paths objectAtIndex:0] ; NSString* folder = [[documentsDirectory stringByAppendingPathComponent:@"flook.images"] retain]; NSString* fileName = [folder stringByAppendingFormat:@"/%@", aBaseFilename]; image = [UIImage imageWithContentsOfFile:fileName]; Occasionally, the images returned from this cache read are much smaller because they are much more compressed - around 5-10KB. Has the OS done this to us?

  • Why does having a transitional doctype, cause my javascript to fail in WebKit and Opera Browsers

    - by morgenmuffel
Hi all I am trying to get a mouseover script to work, when there is no doctype set the script works fine in all browsers I test, but the site looks like a dogs breakfast However When i set the doctype to transitional (it has to be this doctype) Firefox and IE8 (&compat mode) work fine But Opera and the webkit browsers can only display the popup above the page fold, so if you scroll down the page and go over an image the popup appears above the visible page. And I can't figure out why, there are a couple of instances of document.all in the code, but my attempts to replace these have broken the code, besides the fact it works in Firefox and not Opera makes me think that document.all is not the issue Any help would be appreciated, even just telling me why a doctype would effect Javascript would be a help. Here is the site without a doctype As I can't post 2 links, being a new user and all, follow the link above and change and change the url from noodle3 to noodle to see the site with a doctype

  • Calculating Divergent Paths on Subtending Rings

    - by Russ
I need to calculate two paths from A to B in the following graph, with the constraint that the paths can't share any edges: hmm, okay, can't post images, here's a link. All edges have positive weights; for this example I think we can assume that they're equal. My naive approach is to use Djikstra's algorithm to calculate the first path, shown in the second graph in the above image. Then I remove the edges from the graph and try to calculate the second path, which fails. Is there a variation of Djikstra, Bellman-Ford (or anything else) that will calculate the paths shown in the third diagram above? (Without special knowledge and removal of the subtending link, is what I mean)

  • Looping through an array to remove a touched object (iPhone/Cocos2d)

I am using cocos2d to build a game. I have an array of CCSprites and I want to be able to touch them and delete the one that was touched. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks, Michael

  • How do I refer to a view controller in a subclass?

    - by thekevinscott
Hey all, I'm currently teaching myself Objective C and I'm kind of stuck. I'm building a backgammon game and I have a subclass, "Piece", which is being initialized, repeatedly, in BackGammonViewController. In BackGammonViewController, if I do this: UIImage *myImage = [ UIImage imageNamed: @"white-piece.png" ]; UIImageView *myImageView = [ [ UIImageView alloc ] initWithImage: myImage ]; [self.view addSubview:myImageView]; [myImageView release]; The image appears. However, I want to do this within my "piece" class. How do I refer to the "self.view" from within the piece class? Do I need to pass a reference to the view, into the "piece class" ? Or is there a global reference I can call from within the "piece class" ? Thanks for your help.

  • SQL Server adding a record record manually to a view

    - by SelectDistinct
I have a view which contains the data seen in the image below. The view is showing me how many working days are available in each month for the current financial year taking away any school/bank holidays. As the month of August has zero days available it has excluded this month from the view. As the total number of days available will always be zero for the month of August, then it seems acceptable to hardcode the SQL to always have 0 for August, and also an April-August record which will be the same as April-July. What would be the best way to add these 2 records, and where about in the code should it be placed see example of code layout: see link (answered question) for layout of code: SQL populate total working days per month minus bank holidays for current financial year

  • jqGrid concatinating/building html tag incorrectly

    - by Energetic Pixels
Please excuse to length of post. But I needed to explain what I am seeing. I have a onSelectRow option that is supposed to build stacked html <li> tags (such as <li>...</li> <li>...</li> <li>...</li> ) up to the number of static xml elements that I am looking at. But my script is concatinating all the image src links together instead of building the whole listobject tag. Everything else in my jqGrid script works with exception of repeated elements inside my xml. onSelectRow: function() { var gsr = $('#searchResults').jqGrid('getGridParam', 'selrow'); if (gsr) { var data = $('#searchResults').jqGrid('getRowData', gsr); $('#thumbs ul').html('<li><a class='thumb' href='' + data.piclocation + '' title='' + data.pictitle + ''><img src='" + data.picthumb + "' alt='" + data.pictitle + "' /></a><div class='caption'><div class='image-title'>" + data.pictitle + "</div></div></li>"); };" my xml file is something like this: <photo> <pic> <asset>weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106.jpg</asset> <thumb>weaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106.jpg</thumb> <caption>Side view of DODIC A106</caption> <title>Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge</title> </pic> <pic> <asset>weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_A.jpg</asset> <thumb>weaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_A.jpg</thumb> <caption>Side view of DODIC A106</caption> <title>Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge</title> </pic> <pic> <asset>weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_B.jpg</asset> <thumb>weaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_B.jpg</thumb> <caption>Side view of DODIC A106</caption> <title>Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge</title> </pic> <pic> <asset>weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_C.jpg</asset> <thumb>weaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_C.jpg</thumb> <caption>Side view of DODIC A106</caption> <title>Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge</title> </pic> <pic> <asset>weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_D.jpg</asset> <thumb>weaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_D.jpg</thumb> <caption>Side view of DODIC A106</caption> <title>Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge</title> </pic> My script works fine when it only sees one sequence, but when it sees more than one it puts all html inside the tags together then for the caption and title does the same for them. It generates only one <li></li> tag set instead of 5 in the example above like I want. The <li> tags are being used by a slideshow (with thumbnails) utility. Inside firebug, I can see the object that it is built for me: <a title="Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge" href="weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_A.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_B.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_C.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_D.jpg" class="thumb"><img alt="Side view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridgeSide view of 22 caliber long rifle ball cartridge" src="weaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_A.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_B.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_C.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/thumbs/A106_D.jpg"></a> Within jqGrid, the cell is holding: <td title="weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_A.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_B.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_C.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_D.jpg" style="text-align: center; display: none;" role="gridcell">weaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_A.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_B.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_C.jpgweaponLib/stillMedia/slides/A106_D.jpg</td> I know that jqGrid is building it wrong. • What exactly does raw microphone data represent?

    - by esperantist
I'm using PyAudio, a PortAudio wrapper for Python. I'm getting data from a microphone. Data which is represented by a continuous stream of bytes divided into chunks (of a size determined by me). I've tried to plot the signal, assuming the bytes represent the current signal amplitude, but I get an interesting image that I can't easily describe. ^^ It seems to be composed of two waves, one shifted from the other. What exactly do the particular bytes represent, and how does this change when I'm recording only one channel, instead of two? Any explanations, suggestions, code snippets, anything, very welcome! (I'm new at this.) Thanks!
