    I've created a view that selects all nodes of type "shoot". But I want it to select all nodes of type "shoot", EXCEPT for the first entry. So, if the normal result is: Node 1 Node 2 Node 3 I want Node 2 Node 3 Node 4 Is that possible?

    I have a pagination script that displays a list of all pages like so: prev [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14] next But I would like to only show ten of the numbers at a time: prev [3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] next How can I accomplish this?   • WHERE id IN doesn't work in UPDATE

    UPDATE statistics' SET money = money + '$money' WHERE member_id IN ((SELECT member_id FROM races WHERE l_id = '$mem_id'), $other_id) What's wrong with that? I want to retrieve all member_ids from races and also include to member_id $other_id. Without $other_id it works. By the way, it gives me "Subquery returns more than 1 row" error.

  • Managing several custom content types from one module(drupal)

    Is it possible to declare and manage several custom content types inside one module? I'm creating a site that needs four custom content types and I'd like to manage them from one module instead of creating module for every content type. After some testing, I found out that it seems impossible. Because, unless hook_form and content type share the same name of module, drupal doesn't call hook_form.   • While running the JSon application,I got three errors?

    I added it from existing files JSON floder and also added the framework and import the "JSON/JSON.h". After that while running apps, It is giving three erros that is no such files, they are #import "SBJSON.h" #import "NSObject+SBJSON.h" #import "NSString+SBJSON.h" When i select framework, Two of the files containing in it Headers and PrivateHeaders is red in colour.   • Can the google map API return a street address that was clicked.

    Hi guys, I'm trying to work out an app design in my head and I would like the user to be able to click there destination address on the map of there area. If I know the user is in Liverpool is it possible to pop up the map over liverpool and then allow the user to select on the map where they wanna go, and the google map/api return the street or the name of the area?   • 'Timeout Expired' error against local SQL Express on only 2 LINQ Methods...

    I am going to sum up my problem first and then offer massive details and what I have already tried. Summary: I have an internal winform app that uses Linq 2 Sql to connect to a local SQL Express database. Each user has there own DB and the DB stay in sync through Merge Replication with a Central DB. All DB's are SQL 2005(sp2or3). We have been using this app for over 5 months now but recently our users are getting a Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Detailed: The strange part is they get that in two differnt locations(2 differnt LINQ Methods) and only the first time they fire in a given time period(~5mins). One LINQ method is pulling all records that match a FK ID and then Manipulating them to form a Heirarchy View for a TreeView. The second is pulling all records that match a FK ID and dumping them into a DataGridView. The only things I can find in common with the 2 are that the first IS an IEnumerable and the second converts itself from IQueryable - IEnumerable - DataTable... I looked at the query's in Profiler and they 'seemed' normal. They are not very complicated querys. They are only pulling back 10 - 90 records, from one table. Any thoughts, suggestions, hints whatever would be greatly appreciated.   • Is there a command to test an SQL query without executing it? ( MySQL or ANSI SQL )

    Is there anything like this: TEST DELETE FROM user WHERE somekey = 45; That can return any errors, for example that somekey doesn't exist, or some constraint violation or anything, and reporting how many rows would be affected, but not executing the query? I know you can easily turn any query in a select query that has no write or delete effect in any row, but that can lead to errors and it's not very practical if you want to test and debug many queries.

    Hi, I'd like to know if it is "ok" to write a test without any "assert" in it. So the test would fail only when an exception / error has occured. Eg: like a test which has a simple select query, to ensure that the database configuration is right. To do this, i have one thread for each place in which i select the tiles and create a thread to download each. Well, the question is how to avoid creating a thread for a tile that already exists in the thread pool. Should not just check if the file exists, since it is possible that the thread for that tile already exists (other place already need that tile) but the file has not been created- Any idea? Thanks
