I understand how to use the label aspect of Obj-C methods but not the proper way to name each label. What is the best practice for naming methods, properties, objects, outlets, and actions? Also, Should different naming conventions be used between Obj-C code and C code? And if so what differences is there?

    I would like to move my current installation of Ubuntu 11.10 to a bigger harddisk, since the old one is failing. I would like to avoid solutions like dd block copying (since there would be unused space at the end) with something cleaner, but I'm open to suggestions. Partitions info: Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on Partition type Encrypted 19G 9.9G 7.6G 57% / ext4 59G 50G 6.2G 90% /home ext4 Yes What is the best way to accomplish such a task, preferably with advantages/disadvantages.

  • Oracle VDI thin client terminal and Synergy

    I use my main laptop and old SunRay thin client hardware at my office.I set up Synergy for keyboard/mouse/clipboard sharing and I thought I hit this issue.  Bug #3002 - Mouse Pointer Invisible on Client PC - SynergyRDP and a thin client setup I found this workaround. Turning "Display pointer trails" on somehow made mymouse appear on thin client side.  This may or may not work in different kind of Oracle VDI setup or other vendors' thin client.

    Hello friends, I'm looking for a new investment in the programming area, I'd like to know about the state of the art in the programming sites you usually visite, like stackoverflow. Not sure if sites like thecodeproject (and similar) are too old fashioned these days. I'm a programmer, but honestly haven't been too involved in the programming arena mostly for admin issues. I'm looking for sites with both great audience and great content, and open to ads, again, like stackoverflow. thanks !
