    I want to generate Entity Framework 4.0 classes from a (legacy) database from a command line, but I have 2 transformations I want: Tables/columns are lowerCamelCase and I want my classes/members to be UpperCamelCase. I want to suffix my classes with "Dto". Any idea how this might be accomplished? I'm a total newbie to EF, but I have a decent understanding of Linq to Sql and was able to accomplish the same task by doing: sqlmetal - dbml - xml mapping file and .cs file.

  • MySQL - Limit a left join to the first date-time that occurs?

    Simplified table structure (the tables can't be merged at this time): TableA: dts_received (datetime) dts_completed (datetime) task_a (varchar) TableB: dts_started (datetime) task_b (varchar) What I would like to do is determine how long a task took to complete. The join parameter would be something like ON task_a = task_b AND dts_completed < dts_started The issue is that there may be multiple date-times that occur after the dts_completed. How do I create a join that only returns the first tableB-datetime that occurs after the tableA-datetime?

    Is there any way to create Executor that will have always at least 5 threads, and maximum of 20 threads, and unbounded queue for tasks (meaning no task is rejected) I tried new ThreadPoolExecutor(5, 20, 60L, TimeUnit.SECONDS, queue) with all possibilities that I thought of for queue: new LinkedBlockingQueue() // never runs more than 5 threads new LinkedBlockingQueue(1000000) // runs more than 5 threads, only when there is more than 1000000 tasks waiting new ArrayBlockingQueue(1000000) // runs more than 5 threads, only when there is more than 1000000 tasks waiting new SynchronousQueue() // no tasks can wait, after 20, they are rejected and none worked as wanted.

Let's say I have a theoretical, base 10, floating point calculator with the following characteristics Only 3 digits for mantissa 1 digit for exponent Sign for mantissa and exponent How would this machine compute the following? 300 + \sum_{i=1}^{100} 0.2 The correct result is 320.     I have a piece of code that looks like this: Dir.new(path).each do |entry| puts entry end The problem comes when I have a file named ???????.txt in the directory that I list. On a Windows 7 machine I get the output: ???????.txt From googling around, properly reading this filename on windows seems to be an impossible task. Any suggestions?
