• Realtek RTL8168/8111E onboard NIC not recognized - the everlasting problem?

  I used the newest vendor driver for my onboard NIC (board: ASUS M5A97 Pro) and those sites to get it running on kernel 3.0: http://www.twm-kd.com/linux/realtek-rtl81688111e-and-ubuntu-linux/ The problem now is, that this doesn't work with either kernel 3.1 or 3.2: https://code.google.com/p/r8168/issues/detail?id=6 My question is: does anyone have a solution to get it run on the newest kernel? Or is this a plaque I have to carry forever?

• Using Wordpress as a client to GeeksWithBlogs

  I am really missing the tools in wordpress, that seem to be absent from GeeksWithBlogs [GWB].   The biggest two are being able to store drafts and being able to set a publish date.   I have done a little research on google I have not been able to find anyone saying that they have used Wordpress as a client for GWB, let alone a how-to.  Anyone got any clues or suggestions?

He made a very interesting case for using BDD and some of the literature I've read seem to highlight that it's easier to sell BDD to management. Admittedly, I'm a little skeptical about BDD after watching the above video. So, I'm interested to understand if BDD is indeed nothing more than a change in vocabulary or if it offers other benefits.

  I've apache2,tomcat6 ubuntu servers running on port 80 with mod_jk setup hosting jsp pages. The developers are complaining that the pages are being rendered very slow when tried with IE browser and saying, at every refresh the images are reloading again and again which is not happening with other browsers. I'm given a hint CDNwhich I've no knowledge but I found in the google that cdn makes pages available on many server which improves the speed of the page being rendered. Anybody could tell me how could I make my pages available in cdn servers?

• Access denied 403 errors after migrating my site

  I've recently migrated my Joomla site from one shared hosting to another with Hostgator. GWT notified me about many 403 access denied pages. I've checked with Firebug too, and even though browser is displaying full page correctly but http return is 403. I've checked the home page but it's correctly returing 200 response. The same is shown by Fetch as Google in GWT(pasted this in the bottom). The site is 3 years old and I regularly do such migrations. I've copied the files and database "AS IS". I've even cleared all the caches but no luck. There is only one change: previously the site was primary domain but now it's add-on one. What could be the issue? This is how Googlebot fetched the page. In order to make the backlight work with the keys I've been following some instructions here: How do I get the brightness control working on a Lenovo Yoga 13?
