  I have a standard html form where the user can specify a website/domain: favourite website: [ ] I expect the user to type things like: [www.google.com] [www.yahoo.com] [www.example.co.jp] I want to validate the domain/site via javascript so if a user had typed something wrong: [www...google.com] [www.-example.com] I tell them straight away. Can anybody post this javascript ? Alternatively can anybody point me to a site where I can look at their javascript ? Many Thanks

  I'm working on a Website with Struts2 and Freemarker. Whenever I add form tags such as: <@s.form action="foo" <@s.combobox (...)/ It generates a bunch of html/css/javascript that I don't need. Is there any way I can specify that no extra elements should be generated or do I really need to go into Freemarker.jar and edit the templates to my liking?

In jQuery I can accomplish this with either .ajaxSetup() or .ajaxError(). What is the equivalent in the Microsoft Ajax client library?   How does one paginate a large listing of files within a folder? I can't see any functions in the PHP documentation that mention any way to specify an 'offset'. Both glob() and scandir() simply return all the files in the folder, and I'm afraid that won't be a good idea for a huge directory. Is there any better way of doing this than simply going through all the files and chopping off the first X number of files?

  I have a Smarty template located in a directory under templates_dir: templates/some/dir/template.tpl . In the same directory, I have a sub-template: templates/some/dir/_component.tpl . I can't include the sub-component using an unqualified include, since apparently it looks it up under the templates_dir: {include file='_component.tpl'} How can I tell Smarty to read the file from the same directory, as opposed to the templates root ? I do not want to specify absolute paths, since it will cause problems when changing directory structures.
