  • Niceforms radio buttons are shown on wrong position

    When i am using Niceforms the normal text inputs and buttons work great and i even managed to get a custom theme for them based on the provided sample psd. But when i use radiobuttons/checkboxes, they get shown some where completely different than the labels. This happens consistently on FF,Chrome and Safari. As soon as i put any positioning css (a float:left or even a ) in the page the radiobuttons break.

    I'd like to be able to introspect a C++ class for its name, contents (i.e. members and their types) etc. I'm talking native C++ here, not managed C++, which has reflection. I realise C++ supplies some limited information using RTTI. Which additional libraries (or other techniques) could supply this information?

    I am currently investigating replacing the tabs provided by a Struts 1 tag library with the tabs provided by jQuery UI. I have successfully managed to get the tabs integrated with the existing application but I am struggling on how to set the selected tab using a parameter on the incoming URL i.e. myurl.com/action.do?selectedTab=SecondTab As a new comer to javascript and jQuery, I was wondering could give me some pointers on where to start?     Hi I can't figure out how to add a space (say 3em) after the Exercise environment . I don't want to do it manually for every exercise, but automatically, by using \addtolength or redefining the environment or something.     We have a managed COM addin for Outlook works flawlessly on a real machine now using VMWare 6.05 I think whe we try and install our addin OL refuses to load us and we keeo seeing a message( when we go to the manage addins dialog) saying a runtime error occurred when loading the COM component Nothing on event viewer We are seeing this on images of Office 2003 and 2007 anyone ever run into something like this where VMWare images are causing issues with OL addins

  • If you stick to standard coding in .NET, is there reason to manually invoke the GC or run finalizers

    If you stick to managed code and standard coding (nothing that does unconventional things withe CLR) in .NET, is there any reason to manually invoke the GC or request to run finalizers on unreferenced objects? The reason I ask is thaty I have an app that grows huge in Working Memory set. I'm wondering if calling System.GC.Collect(); and System.GC.RunFinalizers(); would help, and if it would force anything that wouldn't be done by the CLR normally anyways.

I would like to know, in terms an idiot can understand, exactly what application lifetime means in ASP.NET (and therefore when you can expect application start and end events to run). I assumed it would be when you run and stop the app in IIS, but I've read things that suggest it's related to number of requests.

    Hi, I an trying to setup Forms Based Authentication using ASPNetSQLMembershipProvider. In 2010 Beta 2, I was able to do this in classic mode, and it worked. With the RTM, it is no longer supported under classic mode, and I must switch to Claims based Authentication. So I created a new web application, and configured everything in sharepoint to work with FBA, But I can't get it to work. Anyone managed to do this? Thanks, Itay.

  • How to tell which php.ini files is loaded ?

    Looking at my php.info all it says is "Loaded Configuration file:" C:\xampp\php\php.ini Yet I have two ini files inside the php folder. One, "development", the other "production". I can not see within either ini file the value, "Loaded Configuration file" .. So How do I tell which one is being used and where is that managed ? My goal is to have only 1 ini file and disable the other. Many Thanks !

    From the docs: If all of a managed object's relationship delete rules are Nullify, then for that object at least there is no additional work to do (you may have to consider other objects that were at the destination of the relationship—if the inverse relationship was either mandatory or had a lower limit on cardinality, then the destination object or objects might be in an invalid state). Does someone have an example of this cardinality thing? What's this good for and what's important to know about this? (sounds very important...)
