    May i inquire more knowledge on marshaling and unmarshaling of kml codes? Regarding those used in Google earth. I need to do a project on flight airlines, linking them with an arc which is a polygon to connect placemarks with placemarks. I've tried to compile sample codes of HelloKML but still unable to marshal and produce the kml codes itself. Please someone explain marshaling and unmarshaling of codes and producing of kml codes.     I checked around, and couldn't find a good answer to this: We have a multi-module Maven project which we want to continuously integrate. We thought of two strategies for handling this: Have our continuous integration server (TeamCity, in this case, but I've used others before and they seem to have the same issue) point to the aggregator POM file, and just build everything Have our continuous integration server point at each individual module Is there a standard, preferred practice for this? I've checked Stack Overflow, Google, the Continuous Integration book, and did not find anything, but maybe I missed it.

  • How do the versions of Guava work?

    I would like to use Guava in a project, but my PM doesn't like the "r05" suffix, saying that it looks like it's not stable. In fact, the part I need is only the Google-Collections 1.0 which is now deprecated (my PM doesn't like that word either). So I don't really get the versioning of Guava/Google-Collections. I'm currently doing the development with GC1.0, but if possible I'll switch to a more recent and stable version.

    My application has recently started throwing NoClassDefFoundError errors when I am running my application from within NetBeans. It never used to do this. And when I run this outside of NetBeans using the command line argument that it provides once built, these errors are not produced Is this a bug with Netbeans?     Hi. Is there something like Spork for Jruby too? We want to parallelize our specs to run faster and pre-load the classes while running the rake task; however we have not been able to do so. Since our project is considerable in size, specs take about 15 minutes to complete and this poses a serious challenge to quick turnaround. Any ideas are more than welcome. Cheers

    I just downloaded wxWidget source code on my snow leopard machine. The source code is the multiplatform one, so it contains windows and GTK components of wxWidget as well. I'd like to compile the wxWidget source code, but haven't found a good guide yet. This is my first step to create a multiplatform project, hopefully I would be able to use CMake to generate makefile later on. Any help would be appreciated.

However, we figured that a dumb rank average would suck: something that one user ranked 5 stars would have a better average that something 188 users ranked 4 stars, and that's just stupid.     I have to take over a project written in vb.net, which more than 400k lines of code written in option strict off mode. I want to build it under option strict on first before I do anything else -- which maybe converting it into C#. I found there's thousands of lines of code raises compilation error, mostly are about implicit type casts. Is there any tool would help to make it compile under option strict on mode if I don't want to correct every single line manually?
